I have stayed here 2 or 3 times before but it's changed. This time was a 3 day weekend here and it was not ideal. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. This hotel posting should be updated to reflect that. Free breakfast is one of the factors I weigh in choosing a place to stay because then I don't have to go anywhere else in the morning. That's more money and time outta pocket. No ability to check in early, not even for a fee. There are so many rooms here -it was not full- there should be no excuse not to be able to check in. The TV reception was grainy all weekend but to be fair I just had it on for background noise. I probably will pay extra to stay somewhere else next time I'm visiting LA.

Cockroaches in the bathroom and bugs in my bed. Waking up in the night to use the bathroom, turned on the light and but roaches scattered everywhere. I did take pictures, I'd provide them but they are disgusting. The only saving grace is I complained to the front desk and they let me go after one day of my stay. I found a much better and cleaner hotel.

Needs cleaning

Our room had stains and hard food stuck to the carpet in the corner. It was as if its been months since the carpet was cleaned. In the bathroom, the walls were dirty.

The staff was nice. As for the actual room we were in, it was not. The carpet in front of the couch was wet, to which I thought was just where they had recently clean it. But looking down it had a big red spot. And then other wet spots in the carpet. There was a smell to the room. Most likely mildew. We checked in around 5, went up to our room, took showers and that’s another problem. The shower looked like it had damaged tiles all inside and was makeshifted to be fixed. It wasn’t just the look of it that was a problem. My daughter and I showered before our concert. We left for the concert and upon coming back at midnight there was water on the floor going out to the door from the bathroom, the shower was still dripping from the head. I used our towels to clean it up. Then we went to sleep at 1 am. We got up at 6 am, walking towards the bathroom, in my sandals because of the carpet issue, I have a splash right by the bathroom door. I go to look in the bathroom and there’s water dripping from the head as well as the faucet and down the side of the tub. Once again wiped as much as I could with the towels and then proceeded to go check out. I explained to reception and the girl at the desk was kind, apologized, but also told me there was no one for maintenance after 10 pm. So the fact we got back at 12 am it wouldn’t have mattered. We had to deal. This room was not appropriate to put someone in for their stay even if it was only one night. I wouldn’t recommend staying again.

Sad, sad hotel

we are a retired couple that travel quite extensively and we have to say that this hotel is one of the saddest we've seen in a long time. Greatly in need of a remodel, update and general replacement of most fixtures. Needs sound-proofing in windows for this busy street location. The elevators were scary with bouncy transit between floors. The parking garage needs to be re-striped to accommodate vehicles. I would be surprised if Ramada and/or Wyndam has any clue that this hotel has their name plastered all over.

You get what you pay for

This property needs a lot of work and management doesn’t seem motivated to make changes. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had random strands of hair throughout the bathroom and in the shower. One of the bath towels looked used, the bed was very uncomfortable and creaked. I wouldn’t recommend
