The last visitors soap was still in the shower (thought that was kind of gross) and no toilet paper was left in the room. Staff was fine to deal with. I guess you get what you pay for!

Cobwebs all over ceiling and walls. Some kind of liquid on the floor that is bubbled up and dried, reddish brown. Sink drained slowly, bathroom smells like sewer. At least this time the owner didn't peek in the windows!

Worst place I've ever stayed, pictures on site looking nothing like our room, even the lobby was different. (stock pics?) We entered the room and drops off bags and left. I never checked out the bathroom. Big mistake... Ceiling practically falling down, huge paint flakes, where I assumed painted over a lot of times. This was Kentucky so lots of humidity, but issues not addressed. Looked like new floor was in the install recently, but so dirty. Bathtub rusted and visible mold on tiles, layers of chalk. Breakfast was a joke. One dry cereal, one kind of juice, said apple, but was a watered down orange, I think! Then a waffle station, waffles only. Garabage cans overflowing. List goes on and on. Hope this helps others.

This place was misrepresented on the internet. Not renovated in 2026. Filthy, amenities broken or non existent . Woman at desk called 911 when we complained about the uninhabitable rooms. Called heath department in Whitley county to file a complaint. Worst hotel EVER! Didn't stay at all it was so bad. A disgrace to Expedia. I only got half my money back because of corrupt hotel management.

Sketchy parking lot. Very dirty breezeways. Very dirty bathroom. Used towel in bathroom. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Was scared to sleep under covers. No frig. Do better. Lady at the counter was super nice.

Microwave didn't work, they didn't have one in the lobby or kitchen. Room was dirty. The place was smelly. Breakfast was coffee and a waffle or raisen bran. No juice or tea .I WILL NEVER STAY AT SUPER 8 AGAIN!!!!

Our stay was for just one night, to break up a long drive. The location near a major highway was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was dirty, pillow cases were not clean and smelled terrible, bath tub was dirty. Did not have toilet paper, no towels only 2 hand towels one of which had rat feces on it. The microwave did not have a turn table and was filthy. When I asked for the bed to be changed they handed me the linens and had to change it my self. it was a terrible place to stay. The pictures on the website were very deceiving to say the least.

I Booked the non-smoking room but was provided a smoking stinky and dirty room. The sink and the bathtub both were clogged. No amenities at all, the staff mentioned they don't have anything to provide.

The room was cleaned, smelled nice, and was all around a pleasant stay. The hotel is a bit older and you can see the wear in certain areas, but nothing Ihaven't seen before. The man at the service desk was polite and showed me how to get to my room. It was a great stay!
