High step.

Hotel built into hillside. Parking lot matches second floor. Had one high step, short flat and 3 steps down near our room. Ramp abot 50 feet away from roo. Wife has two artificial knees and is 80 y.o. I'm 79 and have COPD. Either route was tough for us. I haul around abot 50 lbs of life support and it tkes us usually 2-3 trips with our gear. Once the massive hassle of getting into the room was over, it was a good economy hotel. To its favor, it had an excellent breakfast with sausage, pancakes and waffle maker along with cereals, muffins and toast. Only real complaint comes from humping baggage up, over, or around the berm separating the parking lot from the room. Would have been no problem 40 years ago. Old farts beware.

Right next to highway, everyone there must own a motorbike or diesel, and hammer it off the lights. Very loud, no sound proofing on these rooms. I had white noise and the fan on, did not help at all. Front desk clerk was impolite as well.

It was clean and service was friendly but seemed to ask some personal questions that weren't relevant. Air conditioner was loud and the refidgerator was also loud. I did not get much sleep.

The hotel is very old and not in a good condition. I asked for new towels the next morning, for the bathroom, they asked me to bring the old ones to the front desk so they can give me new ones. which was very inconvenient.

The Hotel was better than expected for the low price. The room was nice and clean. We just needed two rooms as we passed through town with family. The pool was warm in early April. I would stay again.

The room was a room. The pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was what you would expect from a hotel next to an interstate. The real negative for me was the night check in guy. "Gary" had the personality of a honey badger with his foot stuck in a fire ant mound. We had troubles with Google so i called to find directions and he answered the phone hello, no business name, no customer service skills at all. I asked is this the days inn and he replied " that's the number you called right". If the unprofessional additude stopped there it would have been forgivable, but he proceeded to give me directions like i was a 6 yr of being told where to find a fresh roll of toilet paper by their mother who had told them where it was 3 times already. If it wasn't for the lack of refund with the cancelation policy, we wouldn't have stayed. When we got there and checked in he treated me like i had never once before checked into any hotel before inn my life. I'm 48 and travel frequently for work. "Gary" was a complete joke and nothing more than a warm body to man the front desk while eating his curry straight out the pot in front of the customers, god, and everybody to see.

The cleanliness of the suite was horrible. There were dirty hand prints on the walls and door. Someone had taped streamers on the door frame and then ripped them off. They were still there. The mirrors had hairs and possibly hairspray or water splattered all over them. The carpet was stained. The fridge smelled of something rotten. Nothing was in it. The kitchenette was disgustingly dirty with food that had dripped and then dried on the cabinets. There was not one dish/pan/silverware/paper towels or dish soap in the kitchenette. FYI-don’t pay extra for the kitchenette, nothing in it to use. The entire suite reeked of something nasty in it.

Grateful for Budget Stay. It worked for us.

Honestly. It was just me and my 16 year old for a son for a tennis tournament and it was fine for us. No expectations. Just a lace to sleep. Gentleman do not take your wives or small children here if other options are available she will freak out about the pillows and the floor. There’s really no amenities other than the basic free breakfast which again for us was adequate. I also got caught up on some work while there. Can’t remember if the WiFi was good. I also have a hot spot on my phone as back up.

Totally disappointed!

The room carpet was so filthy that I had to wear shoes. The lamp didn’t even have a bulb in it. I had to also dig in the back of the bed to plug in my CPA’s because the plug didn’t work on the light next to the bed. Front desk gentleman was also rude. I’ll never go there again.
