Room was clean. Pool and spa nice and clean. There was some landscaping that needed some tending to. It was a noisy location being next to major road. Also the fridge waa noisy, considered unplugging it and the bathroom light was noisy like an old time neon light.

Be aware, this place does not have free cancellation checin time is by 6 pm. We arrived at 6:30 and wanted to stay for only one night instead of three. ( I had mistakenly booked this place instead of one closer to our venue). I was told I would still have to pay for all three days because checin time was 6 and I had not given 24 hrs notice, and I had to pay for the third day because since it was after 6 it was too late for 24 hour notice for the third day. Since I had to pay anyway we stayed for 3 days. The beds were clean and very comfortable, but the floors were sticky, windows dirty. Beautiful pool and hot tub, but the decks and walkways were grimy, needed a good hose down. This originally was a very elegant hotel, but it could use a good spruce up.

This is a cheap hotal that is poorly maintained. You can hear traffic which makes it hard to sleep. The remote control for the TV only worked about half of the time. The showerhead leaks, but the worst part were the cockroaches in my room. I was able to get 2 of them on video and was able to kill one, but it grossed me out. In the morning I wanted to bring it to the attention of the hotel staff, but there was no one there at the desk. I didn't have time to wait for them, but left a note asking them to call me, but never heard back from them. Overall, it was very disappointing.

The breakfast was ok. Cereal, waffles, toast, yogurt, eggs, sausage. Staff was nice. Pool was cold, hot tub was hot! Rooms were clean except shower had hair. Beds/pillows, not comfy. But it was the most affordable option in the area.

The staff member checking people in for the later shift was not friendly or welcoming. It seemed like he didn't want customers checking in... The Breakfast staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast is your average hotel breakfast (Waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast). They do keep it well stocked though. The hotel is a little older and shows some signs of its age. But overall for the cost it is a decent place to stay and we have stayed there before and would stay again.

Staff was friendly; room furnishings were worn, more like a dorm room with mix of hand-me-downs crammed into a room. Linens were clean but stained. We were able to get some sleep.
