The Clarence was very charming, clean, had a very helpful staff, and was situated in a great location for touring much of Dublin's sights (and Temple Bar, of course!).

10/10 Exceptional

A must if you’re looking to stay in city centre.

Great stay, helpfull staff, great location, beautiful lounge, big and comfortable bedroom, very clean. Will definitely go back. Also a big thanks to the Costa Rican receptionist, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but a great guy and made our stay so much better.
Emil, 1-night trip

For only 2 nights filling a country tour.

Ricky, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect for a weekend in central Dublin. Staff in the hotel were fantastic & very helpful. A few bars to choose from onsite, the cocktails in the The Curious Mister were to die for. We also had an amazing Dinner in Tomahawk, a great place to dine if you love steak. We will stay again when visiting Dublin in the future.
Lee, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The property and room were amazing. Bars and restaurants are extremely close. There was a bit of outside noise in the rooms at night but nothing a radio/noise machine can’t eliminate. Overall great experience.
Benjamin Elliott, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Twas grand

Hotel is a little dated. Keeping a key with large key ring is a hassle. My stay was short - hotel was ok - can’t say anything else really
Ryan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Loved the restaurants and cocktail bar, great location in Temple Bar but on the edge so less noisy then in the heart of it
Holly, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Has changed much since my last visit, still a great place in the heart of Dublin
Darren, 2-night trip

Great property in the heart of the city.
Ross, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This beautiful hotel accommodated us very well. The lobby and hotel room were gorgeous and the location was perfect. The only thing is that we had many bad encounters with impatient staff who weren't very willing to help us. Other than this, it was a great experience in the hotel
Kelly, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Not worth the cost.
Steven, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Service was excellent and location fanatic! Felt welcomed immediately.
Amy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Was a great location for me as I was splitting my time between upper and lower…
Suzanne, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great place. A little warm at times
Mary, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, fantastic staff, lovely rooms. Only downside was the air-conditioning in the room didn't work, but they'd already put one of the large tower fans in, which did a great job in keeping the room cool.
