Spacious room. Great live music. Beautiful, peaceful location with historic I Love Lucy and Desi roots. Only thing, all the bed pillows felt like hard and couch sized.

I've always loved staying at this hotel. The customer service is great most of the time at the front desk. I noticed that they had a hidden charge for parking of $25 dollars a night. It would have been alright if they had notified me of this charge, considering I didn't have a car. My husband and I used an Uber for our trip. Other than that I was very happy with the accommodations.

This hotel is old style design but in good shape, large rooms, good parking and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. There are not enough electrical plugs in the room and the pool is mostly deep and not child friendly. Most services are within 2 miles. A great place to stay if the price is right.

We first arrived on Wednesday, May 21st. We stayed four days and left on Sunday, the 25th. We then returned on Thursday, May 29th and stayed until June 2nd. Both stays were delightful and enjoyed our time at the hotel. All the staff was great, special thanks to Sara in the restaurant and Jennifer at the front desk!!

I have always loved this hotel because the feeling here is definitely 'old Hollywood'. I love the story of Rick and Lucy having such a strong influence there. I love to golf and the course is beautiful. I will always come to this hotel when passing through Palm Springs area. Thank you for maintaining its charm. oh, and the price is EXCELLENT

Love coming here this is our second time and it was a great stay. Beds are comfy pillows are nice. It’s an older place so of course so things are outdated but everything worked fine. Water pressure was great. Shower head was a little low so my fiancé had to bend down a little to fit under. We had a room in the first floor it was great. We had a small patio leading to the parking where my car was parked right in front of my room which was amazing. Staff was great checking in and out was easy. 25 dollar parking a night was fine with me for the fact that I could walk to my car from the room in 10 steps from my patio. Great vibes good live music and good photos everywhere.

Was told to follow the road to the left and we would find the entrance. Our balcony was placed right over trash and maintenance area. Big to, comfy bed, but very very basic, like no microwave, shampoo conditioner. Pool was nice and staff was decent.

You guys find any reason to charge a fee! Soon youll be charging people for toilet paper rolls, i cannot believe you charge to park in you tiny little parking lot! $25 on top of staying at your place, RIDICULOUS!!! A dining area and bar thats appears to close eay before the sun goes down! ,no nightlife or fun at all! And the free continental breakfast the one thats free at all other hotels now cost $15.95 !!! RIDICULOUS!! For toast and maybe some oatmeal!!! Definitely the last time i will be staying at this place! Then 2 weeks have gone by and i still havent got my deposit back! ,many many better choices over this place, Lucy and Ricky would never have approved of this!!! BABALUUU!

There was a children dance event so tons of young children in the pool got squirt by squirt guns from them numerous times. The gal at the front desk at 11pm came out the back with a child in her hand, elevator has no ac or even a fan customer service is horrible. Breakfast was $15 and not worth it

Stayed in the room to spend a nice day by the pool. The room was average. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. The pool was not clean at all. Water was not clean. Could not see bottom of pool. Many bugs on surface. Looked and felt very dirty. Nice place to stay if you will NOT be going in the pool. Service by the pool was not good as well. In the picture you can see how you can’t see through the water at all. I did my best to try to enjoy for the kids sake. Never again though. The water even felt dirty. I just pray none of us get sick. Kids were all pool ready…. If they were willing to get in I didn’t want to ruin their time. But as I said, never again.
