I love this place! It has everything we need when visiting my son in college. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a busy but safe area. The only reason I only gave them a 4 star is because recently they started to charge for parking! It’s not like it’s enclosed or monitored by security so I don’t understand why there is a fee now. Plus the parking isn’t limited in space. Just another way to make money off guests.

Bring your own pillows. The pillows are terrible. My face just sank to the mattress, even with two pillows. This is just personal preference, but I couldn't get good sleep with the pillows they had. And isn't sleep the most important part?I asked for firm pillows but they don't have any other kind of pillows. Can't recommend for people who need firm pillows to sleep. If you like extra soft pillows then you are good here. Everything else about the hotel is great.
