When I arrived, my room was dirty as if housekeeping only made the bed. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, loose change on the floor, food on the table and floor, stains on the wall like someone was having a coffee fight. Also the refrigerator was not working, when I called to report my issues a fresh bar of soap was offered. I requested a new room and there was no difference far as cleanliness. The “new” room was just as dirty but no used bar of soap. Night shift staff was rude and very disrespectful. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a tragic incident that occurred on my 1st night at the hotel. On my second day even though I had my do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping came into my room aways, this was after I had already let someone else in to clean my room earlier that day. On my third night the fire alarm went off at 1am due to a fire in their kitchen, which led to the food option being limited to 3 items that evening which was a real inconvenience. On the day of check out I paid for 1pm check out and house keeping ignored the do not disturb sign and knocked at 11am. I explained that I had late checkout and would be out be 1pm, someone came back at 12pm and then again at 12:45pm. Then they stood outside my room until I actually left out. I felt rushed and ignored. The only reason I’m giving them a poor rating is because the breakfast along with the breakfast staff was really nice. The restaurant staff was awesome, even though the evening reception options were very limited.

We didn’t stay. The pool was closed for repairs and that was never stated online during booking. We arrived with kids excited to play and had to leave and try to find somewhere else to take them.

Clearly understaffed, everything outside of the actual room was filthy. It took almost 45 minutes in line to check in as there was only one employee at reception. The room was about a 6/10 in cleanliness overall the bathroom was suitable as was the bedroom area of the suite; however the pull out couch had old food and garbage stuffed behind it, we needed to utilise that bed and it was gross to sleep on. The pool was fine but they did not enforce the rules about pool toys and couldnt find extra towels anywhere or even anyone to ask. The breakfast was sparse and there was nowhere clean to sit. At 8 am with another hour of service to go, they stopped putting out fresh food and what was left was very unappealing. Unattended children running around everywhere. With an appropriate level of staff and supervision it would have been fine.

The bathroom sink was cracked, mold in the shower. The pool was too crammed with people and we could not use it. The noise level was extremely loud. The outside doors were propped open so anyone could come and go (possibly those who were not guests). The breakfast was lacking. Chafing dishes empty. Breakfast foods ran out at 9:15 am with 45 minutes remaining till breakfast was over. Broken elevator.

The hotel is gross I won't be staying here again. My bed had seeds in it, did they change the bed? A guy came 1st morning and got our trash and towels but no one brought more I had to go to front desk for new towels. Was looking forward to kid free hot tub time at night went at 1030 and there were teens jumping in the pool., towels everywhere, the waterfall was off. It was loud and I looked behind me when I the hot tub and so visible brown film and when I go out saw this brown film was on my arm and around my back. I rushed back to my room to shower. How gross. Also the tolietrees had a unknown brown something on them. I had a overall impression they don't clean and they don't monitor kids running around everywhere. Also pillows are very flat.

Cleaning wasn’t the greatest, front desk staff were nice. The elevators are in need of servicing, took the stairs more than used them. The breakfast, when finally served was good but they were to be open at 6am and we got turned away at 6:50 because it wasn’t ready.

When I booked from hotels.com it said $50 deposit once I got there it was $100 I showed the guy but he said it’s nothing he can do ?? I should’ve just went to holiday inn.. once we got in the girl at the desk with him was talking to a guy for gods knows how long without helping.. she was black with dreads in her hair. The guy had on gray. She must’ve got him a free room or something because he was there for the longest when we got into the room. The tub was dirty. I never called. I just left it alone the next morning, I went downstairs to eat breakfast. I left my wristband. She stated that I will have to pay for a new wristband if she gave me a new one, and I said the elevators aren’t working and it took me almost 5 minutes to get down the stairs. She said we’ll wake up early. I said excuse me she was so rude but what it was his she was waiting to talk to her friend in a gray again I don’t know how long that man was there. I don’t know if he was at her whole shift or what, but it was a terrible experience. The only went to the bar for a free drinks. she ran over there told the lady that she wasn’t paying for a drink and to give her the drink for free. She cut in line and again her friends was there in the gray. Her service was terrible.
