The Beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was perfect for a family of 5. We would like to know what beds we slept in because we want those for our home. They were that comfortable! The place was perfect, I cannot express that enough. Nice, secure, safe. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting New Orleans for anything.

The rooms were decent until we realized the code to one of the rooms was not working. In one of the apartments, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the door handle kept falling off from the inside, and the door would not lock. The Wi-Fi stopped working in the bedroom so we could not watch TV the second day. Other than that, everything was decent. Not sure about the second one because my other family stayed there.

There is no person that checks you in ! You have to make sure that fill out all of the paperwork online first. Call the number on the sign if you didn’t get the paperwork! It was a lot just to check in

The online photos don’t do this place justice. Our unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The location is great—close to restaurants, bars, and main attractions, but far enough away to avoid the noise. It was a perfect setup for a relaxing family trip, especially for a larger group like ours. There were a few minor issues: we didn’t have enough towels and washcloths for our group, the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working, and there’s no on-site luggage storage, which can be inconvenient if you arrive early or leave later. That said, the option for early check-in and late check-out (for a fee) was very helpful, especially since we were traveling by train. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider booking here again.
