I booked a King Suite with Sofa, but upon arrival, I was given a standard King Room. The front desk told me the suite was unavailable and that the hotel was fully booked. They also claimed I had booked a King Pet-Friendly Room—which was inaccurate according to my confirmation.
Since it was already late, I had no choice but to stay. The hotel offered no meaningful solution or compensation for the downgrade, and I was left paying for a room type I never received. To make matters worse, they provided an extra mattress as a substitute for the missing sofa bed—and later charged me for it.
The staff was not polite or helpful, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.
I will not be returning to this property and strongly advise others to double-check their reservations and be prepared for poor service and follow-through.
