Pros: desk and bell stand staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very large, with lots of closet space and a small kitchenette. Included a coffee maker and a tea kettle (but no tea, which was odd). There was a spot for a microwave, but guessing something went wrong with the one that was there, and it wasn’t replaced.
On the downsides: the bed was old, creaky and hard. Not firm…hard. The bedding was a few sheets over top of one of those blankets that are usually in hotels as an extra, not a duvet. A/C was a little loud. Towels: bath towels were a touch small. The hand towels were brand new, which meant they left lint all over your clean hands after washing.
Didn’t use the gym, and the hotel doesn’t have dining available.
If the bed was more comfortable, I’d recommend this place. But didn’t get a good night’s sleep either night.
