Couldn't find our reservation, took more than 30 mins to check in. Went in the room and wanted to make a coffee but the kettle was disgusting, asked to change it instead they washed it and was even more dirty had a hair inside. Wanted to charge phone but sockets didnt work had to remove lamp to insert charger. Room was full of dust and carpets were dirty found nail clippings on the floor near the bed. And lots more issues..do not recommend, no where near a 5 star, awful service and very expensive for what we got. Will not stay again!

The best of the best hotel in Punjab. The whole staff from the Security, Concierge to the Waiters were impeccable and very attentive. The whole atmosphere was very very regal. Money well spent . It was the first time that I stayed at the Serena Hotel. The stay was was very enjoyable. Their attention to the risk of Covid Was excellent. The staff made you feel welcome and were extremely professional throughout my stay.

I will not visit this property again, receptionist hold me at reception for 2.5 hours, and was saying to me we do not recieve any of confirmation email feom hotels.com. Ac was not working, pathetic attitude of staff.

The only place to stay in Faisalabad

There's not a lot of choice of quality hotels in Faisalabad. Thankfully the Serena Hotel is such a good hotel. This is my third stay at the hotel and it consistently provides excellent service, safety and comfort. The extra cost of staying in Jasmine room is well worth it.
