Paid for superior room requested twin beds 1 month prior to arrival as myself and my 18 year old daughter were travelling together . This apparently wasn’t possible and a comment was made about the fact I booked on hotels.com . Maybe if I had booked with them directly this would not have been an issue . It’s also irrelevant as I paid the same . The hotel was full so we shared the bed. The room 223 avoid definitely not superior in anyway. Small pokey noisy very warm and light flooded in at 6am every morning due to inadequate window dressings . The location is excellent the beds are comfortable. But this is definetely not a 5 star .

Badly maintained hotel in fantastic location.

Arrival was great. Polite and friendly staff and offered a glass of prosecco. But that’s where the “great” ends. From the pavement and the lobby it’s a lovely modern looking hotel. Our room however was extremely tired, dirty and dated. In need of quite a bit of love and tlc. The bed - only a double which is a surprise nowadays, was clean and comfy but that’s about as good as it got. Furniture and paintwork dated and damaged. Chair with a broken leg, curtains which wouldn’t close properly (and the room was at the front of the hotel with the lights firm Leicester Square blazing through the windows. The ceiling had kind of been repainted after the installation of randomly placed spotlights, but one had been painted over and one had missed being painted round completely. No milk supplied for the drinks facilities so had to go and ask for some and were only given three sachets. The bathroom door was badly damaged along the bottom, very dirty in one corner and the shower either froze or scalded you. Overall, despite its fantastic location we have stayed in much much nicer, better kept hotels in similar locations and would hesitate to stay here again.

The reception and staff were really great but the bedrooms were well below average/or slightly luxurious. Rooms not boutique level or even near. Clean enough but the shower was in the bath with non draining water , carpets old , window on to a wall etc Could do with a fair bit of updating - would I stay there again , only if it was in line with travel lodge prices ! I was on my own but room was poky for 2!

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Shower temp was tricky to adjust and coffee pods defo not Nespresso and not very nice. Would be better to not have the machine and stick to coffee sachets and kettle.

Nice hotel. Great location. Great service. Room we had had a faulty door lock service cupboard in room was open and did not shut. Room was tired and needed to be spruced up. Also was not cleaned well as receipts for M&M world and Lego were on the floor certainly not a five star experience. Shame really

Reception staff are outstanding! Room was wonderful and the hotel is in an incredible location close to shopping entertainment and bars/ restaurants. A must visit for a visit to London.

Hotel bem localizado, com bom café da manhã, mas apresenta 2 inconvenientes: não tem acesso de carro na portaria, o que nos obriga a carregar a mala por distâncias; e o acesso ao chuveiro não tem segurança; banheira é muito alta, o que dificulta a saída da mesma, pois não tem nada para segurar e a porta é de vidro.

Lovely weekend retreat.

We received a very warm welcome which continued throughout our stay. The hotel is situated in an excellent location to all the westend shops, theatres and restaurants. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean with good toiletries and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice stay in London

Hotel has the perfect location to go walk abouts in London. On arrival we were seen straight away and the room was actually ready so we could drop our bags in the room. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee facility in room ok just not enough milk. The shower was a pain to work out I couldn’t to be honest. The bed was lovely and the pillows were heaven. Would definable stay again

Vi bodde två nätter på Radisson Blu vid Leicester Square. Hade ett dubbelrum med två enkelsängar – oväntat rymligt. Badrummet var rent och fräscht. Inredningen kändes lite daterad, men motsvarade våra förväntningar. Rummet var ganska lyhört; enkelglas mot gatan släppte röster från gatan långt in på natten och då bodde vi på tredje våningen. Under vår vistelse gick brandlarmet tre gånger, men tystnade snabbt varje gång. Gymmet var okej – enkel utrustning, men fullt fungerande. För styrketräning fanns bara hantlar mellan 6 och 26 kg – några tyngre hade varit önskvärt. Sammantaget en godkänd vistelse. Läget är centralt och praktiskt, men vi kommer troligen att prova ett annat boende nästa gång.
