the worst stay experience ever!

1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station, plenty of over highed people walking nearby.

Nice, near the airport, but remote from Denver.

Beautiful hotel, but the airport is the only thing it's near by. The pool was pretty chilly, and the Starbucks on-site was unaccountably slow.

Newer hotel. Rooms nice. Typical breakfast. Beds good. Good front desk service. Further away than bigger hotel area on Tower road ie walk to restaurants. Issue. Hotel info on hotels.com. says 3:30am shuttle. Hotel said 4am. Hyatt website doesn't specify. Ending up getting Uber at 3:30am.

Good location and safe, wish to return

I had a good stay here. I just wish I could have stayed longer. It is conveniently next to the light rail and is quiet. I found the hotel incredibly peaceful with good customer service and a decent breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable, as was the seating area. There were also a decent # of plug-ins to charge devices. The bathroom was also nice. I just wish there was a tub, but oh well. Finally, I do very much recommend this place to folks going to Denver. Safe, good location, great customer service - like holding onto my bags, and very clean.

Great rooms, service could use some work.

The hotel environment was clean, warm and has everything you need. I stayed here on business and did not need to pack any extra necessities such as hair dryer and iron. The room had everything I needed. The only downfall of my stay were the front desk staff. They weren't very welcoming at all, didn't have much knowledge of the area and the amenities the hotel offered. One example was the free printer they had in the lobby for guests to use. I needed to print a report and when I connected my laptop, the printer stated no network. I asked the front desk for assistance and he stated he didn't know what was wrong with it, that it has been broken for weeks and he flat out was no help. I ended up resetting the printer myself, enter in the wifi credentials and was able to get it to work all on my own. Any time I walked pass the front desk, all the staff were on their phones, leaning on the counters, chit chatting and just not welcoming at all. It seemed like I was bothering them for asking for help.

Friendly, clean, comfortable beds, good location

We had a wonderful stay. Jahlise checked us in and couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She was amazing. Eduardo checked us out and also fantastic. The shower is large and bed so comfortable. We’ve stayed in some expensive hotels and this blows them away with their customer service and cleanliness.. We’ve already booked our next stay. We are extremely picky and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Handy and pleasant

The lobby and the rooms are all great. Bar and restaurant is as well and very handy not to mention a Starbucks. Overall very positive stay. A couple of notes that may come in handy. It’s right by the train station, I did both the shuttle and the train at various points during my stay and train was much faster. Walk is about 2 mins from 61st and pena. Other note is that breakfast is not included, in case you just assume like we did. Totally on us though
