O hotel é bom: bonito e com boa estrutura. O grande inconveniente é que, ao chegar, eles insistem para que você assista à apresentação do clube de férias. Enquanto você não aceita, ficam incomodando o tempo todo, pois os recepcionistas ganham comissão. Esse é praticamente o único momento em que você recebe “atenção especial”. Depois disso, prepare-se para o mau humor da equipe. Se você gosta de estar conectado, o 5G funciona mal em praticamente todo o hotel, e o Wi-Fi é ruim. Para ter uma experiência melhor, praticamente te fazem pagar pelo upgrade de internet. Enfim, não voltaria!

Well let me tell you : on day 1 we found out we couldn’t use the waterslide with my grandchildren! How ridiculous is that? Children if 3 and 18 months needed us to be with them on the waterslide!! 2- When we called guest service NO ONE ANSWERED EVER! 3- The beach was way too strong for young children to play in the ocean! The restaurant only open at 6 pm for dinner we had to stop at guest service to adjust our dinner reservation.. really annoying! 4- we were hustled by staff for tours and activities we didn’t want to do since we had a young family we take around. 5- Service at breakfast was so slow we had to fectch our waiters everyday 6- The smell ( cooked meat was so bad I couldn’t go on the patio ! 7- The room had a moldy smell. 8- We all got sick The seaweed at the beach was out of control, no crew to clean up. 9- I realized that the bother of waiting for the train to take us where we going is not at all restful when On vacation 10-Good even though it was plentiful was not really tasty 11- we had to wait in line 5 - 10 minutes at the omelette station, by the time we ate food was cold 12- Buffet style is a lot of work when you vacation with a young family, sit down dinners was a bit better 13- in 8 days I had 1 good meal 14- I booked in April, in August I called the hotel to make sure that my room and my son’s room were next to each other, no one answered I HAD TO CALL EXPEDIA IN DECEMBER SPEND 30 minutes on the phone to get that set up.

amenities were the same each day. No space in restaurants. same buffet. lack of courtesy from staff. not enough chairs in central for amenities. the water park broke down - a water bucket get loose and fall from the higher part of the scaffolding. Scary moment for all parents and kids.

Las habitaciones: los baños son demasiado pequeños, el aire acondicionado aún colocándolo en lo mínimo no enfriaba y el duro porque vienes a descansar luego de asolearte todo el día con fuego en el cuerpo, el mini bar solo tiene agua, refresco y cerveza (no hay snacks). El persona: muy amable las camareras, sin necesitar toallas pasaban a llevar. Los meseros en los restaurantes muy malos, no son groseros pero pides un agua y te la traen cuando ya te vas, en una ocasión mi esposa pidió un jugo y nunca lo trajo. Solo quiero destacar la atención en el restaurante Mordisco el que está en la piscina de niños, mi hijo no se sentía bien y la mesonera muy amable me ayudó con el niño y me recomendó dar sopa. Comida: a la comida le daría un 6/10, si tú vas a un resort en la playa esperas conseguir mucha comida de mar y no (solo colocaba una paella o fideua, y en la barra de pastas podías pedir con mariscos), los postres parecían de panadería muy regulares, los jugos naturales solo en el desayuno debia hacer una fila para mandar hacer y no era buenos, la carne muy mala mucha grasa o muy dura, si era la de hamburguesa full grasa, y en la barra de asado la carne terrible, solo se puede comer cerdo o pollo. UNA COSA IMPORTANTE A DESTACAR: hay alrededor de 8 restaurantes a los cuales no pudimos ir porque todo es con reserva y en toda la estancia no había disponibilidad en ninguno, no decepcionó mucho esto. Nosotros fuimos a pasar el cumpleaños de mi hijo menor y no nos gustó.

The Property was amazing, we stayed in the family room and the rooms were great. The only thing was that the safe box did not work and the bathroom was way to small. Services was terrible, except for a couple of waiters, in general the staff is not friendly, does not like to service and takes very long to resolve. Most of the time their answer is " no" . Food was horrible. Burgers were made with something like a synthetic meat patty, for example... all the meat and chicken was cooked way too much and dry. The themed restaurants were OK, the best was wasabi and the indian - but not amazing. Alcoholic drinks were not good quality (generic) Could not get a frozen margarita - which is basic in these types of resorts. Reception: When we arrived, our reservation was not accounted for correctly (not sure if its expedia or the resort) but we were charged more than $1,000 to accomodate my kids which were included in the original reservation. in general - poor experience. The hotel was nice and the beach amazing. However, the people selling tours and things in the beach is kind of annoying. all day long.... The tours offered are not good quality and overpriced.
