Normally Im not a complainer.. how ever we have stayed at this hotel going on.3 times due to it being so close to my wife's chemo treatments never have had a problem really.. this time I book online as I usually do, and got there waited in lobby for over 15 min for someone to greet us or check us in. The. After everything is paid for checked in and key is given they tell us the elevator is broke and there is no hot water due to boilers being down.. mind u we stay here for the comfort . The hot tub relaxes my wife before chemotherapy and a shower is need after cause of chlorine, and also she likes to shower in the morning as well before sitting in a chair for 5 1/2 hours of chemo. We were unable to shower, unable to use hot tub and found an elevator in the middle of the building that did work for her comfort of not having to walk stairs....we have always loved this place , quiet , comfort of the beds ,hot tub , breakfast all of the above until this visit.. I hope this was just a lil mishap and not new management letting it go down the hill
