Fue una decepción que en esta ocasión no nos consintieran con ninguna cortesía en la habitación. Además el día de nuestra salida no salió agua en la regadera, esperamos por más de una hora y no lograron arreglar el problema. Desconcertante no recibir ninguna explicación de lo que sucedió ni ofrecieran alguna solución o ayuda al respecto.

Was initially allocated an accessible room which the hotel agreed to move. The new room was nice but the soundproofing was poor and I had to call front desk three times to prevent the room next door having a party at 2am.
