We arrived one hour and fifteen minutes early and was hoping to be able to check in early. We had an event to attend within the hour but we're told if we wanted to check-in early would have to pay an extra $30.00. It would not have been a big deal if we were told this when made the reservation.

Staff was efficient and pleasant. Entire property is in bad shape. Wallpaper peeling in my room. Could not set the AC below 75 in a place where it gets to be 123 degrees. None of the exterior doors had key card entry on them, they were just unlocked 24/7 and that hotel is close to the freeway. When I booked my room I was under the impression that I was booking a room at a Shilo Inn. The website still showed it as a Shilo Inn property. I was not happy when I found out it was no longer a Shilo.

The sheets and pillows had yellow stains. The wall paper was falling apart. The carpet was stained with red. It looked like it was not cleaned in months. Staff was friendly. I would not recommend anyone to stay.

How can Hotels.com take my money for a hotel that is in receivership? The staff was extremely rude! The young man at night working front desk yelled at me when I asked if there was a hair dryer. kept saying I'll change your room, but all I wanted was a dryer for morning. 1 white wash cloth with brown spots was all we were allowed. Asked for more towels and were told there weren't going to be more ever! No soap, or any extras. jacuzzi, steam, sauna don't work! Sheets had spots! Next morning we thought they would at least have coffee. It was old and no cream of any kind available. A lady found a few packs of dry cream in a closet. One nice lady told us they were having problems getting paid to work. WE LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT AND LOST THE MONEY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT. We were afraid after a man kept checking all room doors with a random key. You owe me money! So unsatisfied. Check online the Shilo Inns and don't stay in any. They are bank rupt.

The staff was very kind.. especially Alex. As for the rooms, they were not very clean. The toilet had urine on it from the last visitor.. there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The pool is very nice, and so is the sauna. All in all it was ok. I’m thinking Shilo Inn may be going out of business. Not much money going into the place for up keep.

I will never stay at Shilo Inn again: Cockroach in the bathroom, empty tissue box, Spa empty, Soda machines down on all floors, Hair dryer not working. I am surprise Expedia recommend Shilo Inn in Yuma, Az. It looks like they are going out of business.

Vending machine for soap for washing machine out of order Ice machine on 1st FLR out of order Printer at front desk supposedly jammed at checkout time so I couldn’t get a receipt. Male Clerk of at least 3 years there should have known how to fix that??? Since new ownership last year this Hotel is losing its luster quickly.

This was once one of the most prestigious hotels in Yuma, now it is barely on the nice side. Landscaping is in bad condition, weeds, puddles of water from sprinklers yet they want you to be eco friendly with your towels. Toilet barely flushed, toothpaste splatter on frame around mirror, otherwise relatively clean. I always like staying here but seems to degrade more each time.
