This hotel is 1,000,000 miles away from a four star hotel. The rooms are outdated and dirty. They did not have our proper room ready for us when we checked in. Had to move us the next day. I have a lot of pictures to show what was going on and I expect a refund.

This hotel has seen better days and isn't as clean and fresh as it used to be. I requested a renovated room based on other reviews, and while the room was not particularly dirty or in need of immediate repair, it just felt dated and kind of blah vs. what the rooms used to be like when we stayed here constantly 6-10 years ago. Room also didn't have a terrace which was disappointing. Pool area was still great, as was the restaurant. Would come back once all rooms are freshly renovated.
