The coffee here was EXCELLENT! I wish I could have a cup of their coffee right now! hahahah Staff was amazing! We really didn't need to ask for anything but while eating our breakfasts we could hear how happy and joyous they were! Talking to people and being helpful and sweet. Always smiling and checking on us when we walked by the lobby. It was so sweet to hear kind words and genuine friendly interaction between staff. The room was comfortable and clean and I am very fussy about clean! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

8/10 Very good

Our family of five stayed here for four days. The location is great for entertainment, shopping, and dinning out. The room was great and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and had more than enough room. My only complaints would be the room could use fresh paint and could have been a little cleaner. Overall the room was still good though. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m Erie.

I stayed in a king size suite, it was fairly large had a full size kitchen. The room included a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub and sauna area is also very nice. I would definitely recommend staying there and also stay there again myself.

Definitely a great place to stay. The suite was clean. The whole place was clean actually. The indoor pool wasn't as big as I hoped but it was bigger than others I've seen. We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. And the Waterpark was steps away. The breakfast was decent too. Great for families!

The suites were a good value, kitchen, dishes, etc. The room had no soap in the shower the night we arrived and we alerted staff in the morning, they never filled the dispenser during our stay. Overall, stay was good, customer service okay.

Needless to say we will be staying at Hawthorne Suites from now on. They are spacious, clean and well maintained. It's like you're staying in a mini home away from home. We checked in late at night and Taylor at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful.

The pool area was nice. But the Hot Tubs in the rooms were dated and off putting would have like to use them but did not because of this.

Really enjoyed the suite - kitchen, living room area with TV and electric fireplace plus separate bedroom. Close to highway, restaurants and lots of shopping. Would stay here again if the price was right.

The rug in our room had stains in vanity area and the jacuzzi tub was very dirty. The kitchenette area was clean and the bedding was nice. I appreciated the room darkening shades for nap time with our grandson. The floor outside the pool area was quite slippery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool towels were hand towel sized and you needed to go to the desk to ask for one which was inconvenient. The pool was warm and we enjoyed our time there. Overall the place just needs a little updating but we were happy with our stay.
