This isn’t a bad budget hotel. I got a good deal. But it’s a budget hotel. The walls are super thin so you and your neighbors will have to whisper.

Hotel is clean and bed is comfy. They should clearly disclose how the parking works. It's $65 to park in the garage because they have a security personnel keeping watch of your car 24/7. Otherwise a public parking garage is less expensive.

I had a very nice two day stay here. It’s not a luxury hotel but was great basic. Even the lobby was nice, big and friendly, and with a great little Mexican bar. The coffee shop a bit too expensive and no where to sit. Room was fine, good bathroom, good shower, good bed, good location. Great value. The only thing is the room had a super thin connecting door to the next room and I could hear so clearly my neighbour making a 6AM phone call!!

The person checking in said it was her third day so I waited in line for almost an hour. I couldn’t get connected to any WiFi- had to use my hotspot. The walls are so thin and the person next to me was playing music at 5 am. It felt like we were in the same room it was creepy and uncomfortable.

Quick stay in the city for a fun Thursday night out, I had a breeze checking in with fast keys to the room within minutes from a helpful and friendly attitude front desk staff/hotel management. Room was clean, spacious, and fitted our needs. Great experience overall except we were unable to connect to any of the tv apps due to their server not allowing us (we called front desk and unfortunately weren’t able to have anyone come til the next morning) we lived without watching our fav show that night but that experience of not being able to come back after drinks and connect to YouTube/ Netflix etc did damper the rooms “warmness”. Nice tile bathroom that was charming and equipped with a Large closet you could prob have a 8ft tall man lay down comfortably in. Would stay again as union square and lots of walkable attractions in every direction from hotel

Hotel was very small, smelled liked weed, elevator can only fit about 2 grown adults. Rooms and beds were extra small an outdated. You go outside i thought I was in Gotham city. Staff is very slow and because there's no parking they charge you a lot for valet

Perfectly situated in Union Square, just 2 blocks from the bus and trolley terminal. 30 minutes drive to the airport. The restaurant food was amazing, as was their cocktails. The bedroom was perfect in every way, including a remote control ceiling fan with light

Unfortunately this hotel is not in the best location. A lot of homeless and I did not feel safe walking outside during the day or night. You have to be on high alert. The bathroom smelled horrible upon checking in luckily I had perfume to spray. The walls for The room are paper thin we could hear our neighbors whispering. Our neighbors were partying until 5am and we could not get any sleep. Horrible stay for us. We did let front desk know and they did help a bit but they still partied. We will not be returning
