Staff were great, particularly Dereck, the late night guy. However: -No bedding for the hide-a bed -bathroom reeked of cigarettes -very low water pressure in shower -limited breakfast of not particularly appealing food. Otherwise the hotel appeared clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hide-a-bed was not all that comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, but the main problem was the TV. Our first room the TV did not work at all and the bed sheets didn't seem like it was changed out, so they assigned us to another room, which I was very happy about. Our second room the TV worked but had major issues. The TV would turn off all of a sudden while you're watching TV. Then the volume on the remote would not work, so you had to turn the TV off then on then press the volume button really quick to get it to the volume you want. If you didn't do it in time, you had to turn off the TV again and press the volume again. The TV sometimes wouldn't turn on, so you had to unplug it from the wall and reconnect in order to turn on the TV, and sometimes the TV wouldn't turn off and you would have to unplug the TV to turn it off. Called the front office, they said they could move us to another room, that means moving twice, not having it. They said they will schedule maintenance to take a look at it the next morning; to find out the maintenance person didn't work the next morning. Seems odd to not have any maintenance crew work on a weekday. Maintenace never came out. My husband didn't think the bed was comfortable at all. But other than that, the stay was nice. The area and surrounding area are safe. We would stay there again, hopefully next time the TV will work properly. Walking distance to local eating area, which was nice.

The room had an unusual smell to it and when we told someone at the front desk they told us that they can switch us to a different room but they only have 2 double beds which is ridiculous since the whole place looks pretty empty. They also have paper thin walls, we can hear kids running outside of our room or just people talking to each other I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel is nice and well maintained, but breakfast has done downhill since my last stay and was not good. Eggs were chopped up to the consistency of rice, little variety, no healthy choices, all plates, cups, utensils disposable.

my experience staying at hotel was very good only issue i had was with booking thru expedia ( 3rd party) trying to change reservation from 5 days to 4 days prior to arriving working on trying to get refund for last last day. i have contacts expedia to see if they can help me HOTEL STAY WAS VERRY GOOD THANKS YOU

The room was great. The beds were comfortable and I loved the spaciousness of the bedroom and bath. My only complaint was that the toilet seat had to be tightened every day. Best hotel I’ve stayed in ever.

The hotel needs an improvement in building, rooms and service. Our first room the toilet didn't flush. We asked for service and the reply was no one is on site but offered a plunger for us to pick up and try. Didn't work so moved rooms which we had to go down to get the keys. Asked twice to get our room cleaned at a given time. They didn't clear is and we had returned to shower and change and by the time we left no one was available. Pool is being fixed, non-lobby doors were not working we had to us the door at the other end and walk in circles to get to our room. Visited during Boulder Graduation week, nightly rate was $399.00 due to demand. If they had demand they should have the staff and facilities to support the high costs.

The Hotel is beautifully kept and Derek was very helpful with our needs when I called ahead. The breakfast was good also! We did only have 2 towels for 4 people but other than that...was great!
