Our stay for a night it’s just ok. Just few concern about the room that reserved for me and my family…the carpet is a bit damp, maybe they wash the carpet? I don’t know…Sliding closet door is just one side and wobbly and not safe for kids around. I happened to use the clothes iron and the iron itself has a missing metal parts/ chipped that is scary to use but for me no choice and I needed to use it. There’s more but minor things. The best thing is that my kids enjoyed their breakfast in the common area. With all that I mentioned…it was so funny that they will hold you for a deposit for any damages in the room if ever there is any. One of my daughters even stated if we are getting a better room as we preparing for check out. But still thankful that the hotel is available for the dates that we needed somewhere to stay during our business trip. It was a successful one.

The hotel is old and run down. I had to park my car at the Holiday Inn one block away. The friends I travelled with found bed bugs so received a room change. Although the hotel is on Crescent Street and was near all the action, it was very noisy for someone trying to sleep.

Location is the only thing this place offers

The location was great, and that's where it ends. The hotel is dated, our entire floor (7) and room (701) were musty, the wallpaper and carpet in serious need or replacing. There were blood stains on our curtains and carpet. The air conditioner worked but was incredibly noisy. The hide-a-bad has a two inch mattress which made it so that the springs were digging into your back. We were given only decaf coffee in our room, no sheets for the hide-a-bad, no soap, not nearly enough towels for three people. The elevators were slow and cramped. The breakfast was ok -plastic like scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt and cereal. There was no parking available, but was within 500m of a metro stop (Peel or Guy).

The place did not have parking. The parking is a third party valet. The valet did not give us all the info. After making a payment for 3 days he tells us that we have to bring back the car to him by 8 or park it on the street EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT. The room was clean but the comforter was torn. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Visiting Montreal for the Grand Prix was able to secure this hotel for about $1000 American for three nights day. And a good location to walk to the track or take a bus. Hotel was a little dated however it was clean. The staff was excellent. The beds were comfortable and it was a good safe location. I would stay here again.

It’s an OK stay. It’s what expected. My concern was the carpet. It needs to be changed. It’s old n smells bad. The receptionist was not friendly and not helpful. It was the Wednesday morning June 11. We asked her if there’s an Uber service n she was so unpleasant and rude with her response. We felt like she won’t be bothered.
