The staff was helpful and caring. However the dining area left much to be desired. Trashbin was so full with breakfast plates, etc. that it was impossible to clean up ones breakfast. Tables were not wiped down when i arrived, nor when I left. The eggs were not warm enough to feel one had a hot breakfast. The room was clean. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay. What stood out as a positive was the front desk staff!!!

The Shuttle was just outside the Front Entry Door. The Driver picked 7 of US going to the Air Terminal4:30 am on Thursday Morning. Very Helpful, loading some of the Luggage and off loading at the Terminal. Nice GUY. The Hotel Staff was very Professional, Patient and Very Helpful I will stay their again.
