上世紀的五星級酒店, 很好。

比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。

We stayed in a partial sea view suite, the room is contemporary designed, spacious, with fresh flowers,good water pressure, breakfast is detailed and service is delicate. No complaint. Internet speed is slow as compared to modern world, maybe hotel could consider dedicated line.

Det er vanskelig å beskrive med få ord hvor fornøyde vi er med oppholdet på Oberoi. Topp service finnes i mange former, men det som har vært helt spesielt med dette hotellet er den gjennomgående oppmerksomheten og vennlige tonen fra de ansatte. Vi ble sittende igjen med et inntrykk av at alle var opptatt av at vi skulle få et så godt opphold som overhode mulig. Vi er veldig veldig takknemlige.

Oberoi is my favourite hotel on earth

Exceptional service and an indulgent stay in Mumbai We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Oberoi Mumbai. Having previously stayed at the Oberoi in Delhi, we knew there was nowhere else we’d rather be for our time in the city — and it didn’t disappoint. • The service was, as always with Oberoi, outstanding — the best we’ve experienced across any hotel chain. • We were checked in directly in our room, which was made available early (around 11am) — a thoughtful touch that made our arrival seamless. • Breakfast was a daily highlight, with an extensive à la carte menu and something for every palate. • The gym and spa facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our massage. • While the pool is on the smaller side, it still offers a relaxing escape from Mumbai’s heat. A note of caution: the hotel transfers are very expensive (~£100), especially compared to booking a large Uber (~£10). There are likely more reasonable options in between. All in all, a truly memorable stay. We’re still dreaming of the scent of those beautiful bathroom products. Highly recommend.

Outstanding stay at the Oberoi Mumbai

The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too.

I had to cancel my trip due to visa issues. The hotel initially confirmed they would allow a refund because my cancellation request was only a few hours outside the cut-off. The management then changed that decision.

Excellent stay

Excellent in every way. Have stayed in several so-called five-star hotels in India, but unfortunately most of them are not fully five-star. The Oberoi, on the other hand, is an excellent choice. In addition, I received an attractive price for my stay at The Oberoi.

A True Luxury and Oasis in Mumbai

I stayed at the Oberoi two times in a two week period upon arrival and departure in India. The first stay was the perfect landing into the country after a 23 hour journey. The staff was welcoming and helpful after such a long time. The room was luckily upgraded and we entered into a true sanctuary. Everything is immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious. It's a nice walk to the sea for sunset and close to cool shopping like Kala Ghoda and Colaba. It's quiet and beautiful. The staff was all extremely helpful with my severe seafood allergy and made me feel confident and attended to. We loved our first stay so much that we canceled our other reservation in Mumbai for the end of the trip and rebooked at Oberoi. And it did not disappoint

A stay you won't want to leave.

Everything from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is top notch. The staff is exceptional and when I told them about my severer seafood allergy they took excellent care to make me feel comfortable with the food. The bathrooms are luxurious and it felt like an oasis from the chaos of Mumbai. The fact that you can walk and see sunset on the Bay is an added Bonus

Not quite as it was

Second trip to the Oberoi in 2 years. They were great but starting to slip in areas. The food in the main restaurant is below average for what you pay, the pool service is okish, lots of staff looking at the phones all the time . I did have a quick chat with management who said they were going to email me and they have not , kind of tells me what I needed to know ! I was going to to use them for my in-laws trip but have now booked them for elsewhere. Still nice place and some good staff, just slipping a bit.
