Central location, just five minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. We were apprehensive that being so central would mean lots of noise but that was not the case. The shutter and windows offer black out nights sleep and our room was silent. It is only when you open the windows you hear the huddle and bustle. Super friendly host and lovely house keeper for that boutique feel. Hotel suite super clean and lots of additional complimentary extras to make for a special stay. My only tiny recommendation would be the addition of dressing gowns as slippers were provided. The private and rooftop area was set up beautifully and the rooftop is a great place to catch the sun setting.

Loved my stay at La Finestra sulle Beccarie! The room was clean, spacious, and in an amazing location, close to everything but still quiet at night. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice!

Thank you, Maurizio, for offering such a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Venice. It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and in a great location, close to the Vaporetto and the Rialto bridge, and within easy walking distance to San Marco Square. Seeing our first Venetian sunset from the amazing rooftop terrace, glasses of complimentary sparkling wine in hand, was a lovely intro to the magical city of Venezia. We’d definitely stay here again.

The place was lovely and quiet but still very walkable for the heart of Venice. We had a couple of issues that I’d suggest checking on first, we were under the impression we could store luggage on checkout day and were told the night before that would not be available so we had to find and rent lockers at the last minute (25 euro), and while you can see water in the far distance from one of the windows in the lounge area, i think ‘canal view’

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. Maurizio was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with some snacks for breakfast each morning and we appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which is often hard to find. The location is great (not too crowded, but close to everything) and the rooftop views were awesome.

Great Boutique Hotel in Venice

The hotel is literally in sn alleyway above a coffee/pastry shop and is up numerous stairs (like everything in Venice). Great hotel, comforable, munchies provided, hosts were present. If I had better mobility, i would go back again and again.

Amazing place to stay in Venice. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We received free coffee along with some breakfast pastries that were available to us as any time. The rooftop has a beautiful view and is also always available. Loved this place!
