The fully equipped kitchen suite was nice! Some of the overall appearance seems outdated and a bit run down to the eye. The thermostat took some adjusting to figure out. The degree numbers on the thermostat didn't move, but after a few hours the room eventually felt cold. The staff were nice and helpful. This wouldn't be a favorite hotel, but it was clean and safe enough that I would stay again if my top 2 choices were already taken.

None of the outlets worked in the room, except the bathroom and one on a far wall which is not convenient. Felt unsafe going to and from my room alone as there are no cameras in the hall. Hotel hallways were dirty and had a strange odor. When vent turned on in room it smelled strongly of marijuana and it was also radiating from multiple rooms. Guests in room beside us were having a rager and screaming much of the night. Room in the other side had barking dogs. Room was cleaner than the hallways. Breakfast consisted of frozen sandwiches you were told to microwave, oatmeal packets, cereal with milk sitting out and a pancake machine that was on the fritz. Workers were very helpful and nice. Entry way was nice. Maybe the section we were in wasn’t. I feel like the pics were from the other Sonesta down the road, which looked much nicer. Not worth the $200+ paid for the room for the night. Parking was fine.

It's getting 2 stars for the layout of the rooms and friendly front desk staff. Other than that, this was a terrible experience. The layout of the suit was very nice, loved having 2 TVs and separate sleeping and kitchen area. That's all the good. The bad: The toilet flushed constantly The auto fan/light for the bathroom was on the outside so every time you moved during the night, the loud fan and light came on Very dirty tub/shower with no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Was there 3days and never took a shower because it was so gross. There are some serious structural issues on all floors. There were spots where we felt like we could fall right through the floors. Because of the floors, the person above us also sounded like they were about to fall through right on top of us. Trash can all over the property we're overflowing There were a very large group of people openly drinking and smoking marijuana in the parking lot. The entire property smells like marijuana. We were there with our daughter for her first travel dance competition. This was very disappointing to have to ensure her we would be safe with this large group of drunk people doing drugs in the parking lot. Very surprised staff aloud this to happen, we watch staff walk right by them. This property has a lot of potential, but as of right now I would never recommend it to anyone.

The biggest problem had to do with the staff not being able to get into the housekeeping. We asked for extra blankets and pillows for our 2 kids who were sharing the pull out. They told us there was a bag in the closet. The blanket that was in the bag was filthy. I called the front desk and asked for more and they said they could not get into housekeeping so we had to use sheets. Then the conditioner in the bathroom was either empty or broken. Then we called the next day for extra blankets and pillows, they could only give us 1 pillow and 1 blanket even though our room was booked for 4. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we didn't sleep much, the tvs didn't have any streaming at all (which is petty but weird that in 2026 they don't have smart tvs in a nicer place like this). We also asked for paper towel and toilet paper, which I guess they could only offer 1 of each to. We asked for a later checkout but they could only allow a max of an extra hour. We were never offered any complimentary anything or even a discount on our bill when we voiced how unhappy we were. I just expected better for what we paid.

The hotel was pretty nasty. 0 English speaking staff. O soap in the soap dish (1 hand sanitizer wipe was placed in it instead) 0 soap in the shower dispenser… 20 + nasty glue gobs over the headboard. Full me once with pictures. Never again!

I booked a month ago and the option “pay at property” is listed. Drove hours to the hotel and a hour away I get a call that my reservation is canceled because they tried to charge my card. I asked why my card was trying to be charged when I’m paying once I make it and the rude clerk stated that she didn’t know why I thought I could pay at the property when that’s not “a thing”.

The hotel was nice and we liked all of the extra room of the suite. The only issue were the lights in the room. The bathroom lights are on a sensor. Anytime the person moved in the queen bed closest to the bathroom it went off. And I mean turning over or anything, not standing. It went off all night. You still see the light with the door closed. It was a major distraction. If there was a way to turn them off, we couldn’t find it.

Worst room I have ever stayed at as we could hear every single word our neighbors said, like they were in the same room. This was especially awful when one side was awake at 4am! I thought I booked a room with a kitchenette, as we were possibly going to need a freezer, however upon arrival there was only a dorm fridge with no freezer. Luckily we were able make due with that. The only staff I saw was when we checked in, as no one was in site at checkout. There had been a sign when I checked in saying no hot breakfast, but there was a pancake machine and breakfast sandwiches that could be warmed in microwave. They did have a few options of yogurt and cold cereal available.

Room was okay. Had to get bodywash and conditioner refills because they were empty. Dining is not in the same building, so you have to go to front building for breakfast and they have premade breakfast sandwiches, not a full breakfast. Value for price??? I stayed because the other hotel was same price and no breakfast and then because of the inconvenience of building set-up we didn't even end up eating breakfast while we stayed. I just saw signage for patrons saying that there is nota full breakfast available only grab and go sandwiches.
