Buen alojamiento pero no en la última planta

Buen hotel, bien ubicado y con habitación amplia. Desayuno predeterminado pero de calidad. Personal amable. El hotel es una buena opción siempre que no te asignen una habitación en la planta superior. Debido a que se encuentra bajo un rooftop es muy difícil descansar debido al ruido y el olor de la habitación era desagradable.

Super stay!

The hotel was really aesthetic and in a really nice location! The breakfast is from 7am-11am and it was prepared by a chef! They have a rooftop bar and it was really nice! They have shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. The cons: they only give you 1 key and charge $35,000cop if you lose it. They don’t have hair conditioner. The bathroom does not have ventilation and they only give you two towels. The room doesn’t have a lot of light. Overall, the cons are pretty insignificant. The hotel is great, staff is super nice, food is great, and location is awesome!

*STAY AWAY from Somo Beats Medellin

We stayed 2 nights, each morning we were awoken by the staff. In the evening the bass from the DJ was so strong it permitted the rooms. We were not offered any resolution, we asked to speak to a manager, we waited an hour, no manager showed up and then came back 4 hrs later still no manager. It was the worst service I have ever experienced when traveling. They charged us for 6 nights even though we only stayed 2…. It’s in between a ripoff and extortion.

Great location in the center of Provenza. Room was great & the rooftop restaurant came in handy & has an amazing view. The breakfast included was 10/10. Only thing is the WiFi was not working well, so if you’re needing WiFi this might not be the place. Other than that, loved & enjoyed my stay.

No tv, no WiFi, stained linens, extra charges

When we got to our room, the television didn’t connect to the Internet (so we couldn’t watch tv). In fact, the Internet wasn’t working at all (this is probably why the tv wouldn’t work). We reached out to the front desk via the whats app number and explained that our tv wasn’t connecting to the internet and that the WiFi wasn’t working either. Since it’s a thick concrete building, we barely had enough internet service to send the what’s app message. Someone replied and said that they would send someone up to fix it. 6 hours passed, and no one came to fix it. So we were forced to fall asleep to the loud bass of the rooftop bar without any TV to drown out the noise and without any internet to access music or sleep sounds from our phones. Ear plugs would have been a nice courtesy from the hotel but we didn’t get those either. The next morning (this morning) we physically went to the front desk and told them that no one had come by to fix the tv. They said that they didn’t know that our tv wasn’t working. 3 days, no tv, no WiFi. They sent someone to our room while we were out to “look at the tv” but instead saw a half fingernail size brown foundation (makeup) mark on one of their makeup towels, and charged us $30,000 pesos to replace it. They replaced our towels the next day with stained towels they said were “clean.” We were not allowed to check out without paying that fine. We never got the tv or WiFi fixed. Terrible experience. Overall I liked the place, beautiful room, great breakfast, and good location. I really wanted to leave 5 stars, but on the 2nd day one of the hotel cleaning staff stole food from our room while housekeeping. As a woman traveling with valuables, I had set up my own little security camera in my room. When I was away and the cleaning was done by the staff, one of the women looked through my items and took food (video evidence). When I presented this to the front desk, they had no apologies and said “maybe she had a diet and needed to eat” and “she thought it was trash”, even after I showed video and audio proof that showed that she knew fully well that she was stealing. While I’m not upset that it was just food taken, but rather a concern of privacy. The next day, they reached out to me via WhatsApp to apologize for the situation which was appreciated, but I wouldn’t feel safe leaving my belongings behind.

We were put on the 9th floor- the 10th is the club. Soooo loud!!! The blinds didn’t work and the AC was not strong to start but it would only run when we were in the room so it would be really hot when you arrive. Could not go to rooftop bar because of private event. We asked to switch rooms and they agreed. We came down with our stuff and then were told, nope. No other room. Sorry. At 11pm. We ended up at the wonderful Click Clack!! Go there. So good!!!
