This was a tired old hotel in need of more than just a face-lift. Our first-floor room was accessed only by going up to the second floor and finding the door to a stairway leading to the firs floor. The lukewarm shower never became warm, even though sink-taps flowed hot. Furniture looked worn and threadbare. The advertised pool was a small, uninviting outdoor pool at the end of the parking lot. Breakfast was a Covid-style take-away breakfast. This appears to be a management issue, not a staff issue. The people there were helpful, but they were working with an inadequate and oversold facility.
