I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before when it was The Four Seasons and always had exceptional service so I expect nothing other than that. I noticed the name change but thought nothing of it. Besides I live in Newburgh. We stayed for Valentines. One night added later, I went to inform the front desk I was told they had to close out the first and open the second and charge a second deposit. We went back and forth, she called her manager Victoria who was very rude on the phone, I eventually just paid it. Customer service has went right out the window in this place. Later that evening I called for towels, from my cell phone cause they have no phones in the rooms. I was told by Jessica that she was with a customer and I needed to come to the front desk. I went out and as I expected, no customer and Jessica sitting legs crossed, at the front desk on her cell phone talking to her friend on speaker. She immediately gives me attitude because I was recording her and she goes on to say “You should have left when you had a chance”. Clearly referring to the morning incident that she was not present for. The rooms are poorly heated. Hot water is not hot. I was told it’s now privately owned by Victoria and it’s showing. Kids running through hallways. Weed smells. It’s becoming run down and turning into a hotel for our local DSS clients. Abandoned cars in rear parking area. Rude staff! Don’t book here if you looking for upscale customer service.

The rooms were a little dated and " dinged up" It was clean though. The halls smelt of weed but that's not on the hotel. The bar/ restaurant was closed. It appears it's permanently closed. The price was very reasonable and we were close to several attractions. The staff was very friendly.

Room was clean, bed & pillows were comfortable. Carpets in hallway were dirty. Housekeepers did not leave wash cloths when making room. Overall ok if all you need is a place to sleep

The room was ok. It was definitely outdated and they attempted to make some renovations but it fell short. Wallpaper was peeling and some areas in the bathroom could use some attention. The restaurant inside the hotel was not open and could use some TLC. None of the ice makers were functional when we stayed.

If I could select zero stars I would. The whole building smelled like mold and marijuana. Elevator was out of service. The ceiling in the room was falling apart and carpet had some questionable stains. Couldn’t stay the whole night, left that same night.
