訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住

I went to Atlanta for my birthday got to the room didn’t have but one wash cloth 2 towels the room smelled like mildew that’s not the worst part I was locked out my room at 2 in he morning nobody was at the desk to make me a new key I was told by security that no one was at the property at the moment so I had to wait in the lobby for a hour half just to get in my room I really would like my room to be cupped if possible are half my money back I called front desk for towels the next day then was told u have to come down and get them smh

The booking was specifically for a room with Jetted tub and the hotel doesn’t have any although they advertise that it would. The area wasn’t clean and the homeless need an alternate place to go.

Building itself is nice, they don’t tell you they charge $55 to valet park you, also it doesn’t feel safe around the building after the sun goes down. Lots of riff raff walking around. Be careful outside when the sun goes down! One tv remote for two TVs, also the bathroom was poorly lit and you basically had to shower in the dark. Otherwise pretty building and friendly staff

My stay was rather pleasant for my first hotel in a handful of years. One thing I can say were the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and I definitely recommend it when it comes to friendly staff. Only down side is the bathroom situation when it comes to the hotel. Since it's a rather old hotel, trying to flush the toilet felt like I might actually break it which is extremely unfortunate. Another thing that was bothersome was the key cards. For some reason, although I only stayed for a week, my key card wasn't working. In total when leaving I had to use 6 different cards for my trip. Besides that it's a wonderful hotel and very close to the marta train station.

Once we were checked in, our stay was very nice. However the neighborhood was a little seedy. There were homeless people everywhere. There were "ladies of the evening" . Once our car was valeted, we were able to get in the hotel. The atmospheres were like night and day. The staff was very congenial. And our room was clean and welcoming.

This location is "dont judge a book by its cover". Because the outside looks suspicious but the inside is Immaculate. The staff was on point. Will come back for next year for when momocon comes back.

Wasn’t a fan of the 100% valet. As soon as you walk inside, it reeks of marijuana. The area is filled with crackheads and it appears someone was trying to break into my electric vehicle. I got a vehicle recording of someone looking at my rims and then tried my door handle. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the bathroom door couldn’t lock and the bedroom door was broken. Luckily, for me I was only staying one night. Never again!

Good stay. I would recommend it to others looking for a close hotel to the Masquerade or anything else downtown. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have hot water but we were in a rush so we never asked for a room change. Something to keep note of. Also downtown Atlanta in general is a very dangerous place with a lot of disgusting people. If you’re going there for a trip you are going to want to do an in and out and be quick and just be aware of your surroundings the whole time.

It was great! Parking was a little confusing but the valet helped explain where the parking garage was (it was $25 to park ourselves in garage or $55 to valet park). It was really easy for us to walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium for our concert and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was very clean and nice. I had an amazing view from the room. I got big windows and very beautiful. The bathroom is very clean and update. the feel of the hotel reminds me of like a classic hotel that you see in the movies. Don’t let the reviews scare you. It’s a good hotel. Honestly, the area is downtown Atlanta and comes with what comes with downtown Atlanta so if you know you know, but other than that looks very nice clean and safe the breakfast was basic hotel breakfast nothing crazy nothing too fancy but the quality was good. I didn’t spend a lot of time actually in the hotel interacting with staff, but all the staff that I did meet was very kind and helpful so overall 10 out of 10 stay would book again. The only thing I will say is that I was in a room with four other friends and had to sleep on the pullout bed. I just wish that there was bedding supplies for the pullout bed in the two closets that the room had, but other than that no complaints.
