Took forever to check in with only one employee working the front desk. They messed up the peoples in front of us reservation. They reserved two rooms and they only gave them one. Then they had no additional rooms to give them. Got to our room (301) and it was directly across from the elevator - about 3-4 feet across the hall and directly next to the stairwell. Our room was disgustingly dirty. Urine on the back of the toilet, soap dish that had mushy wet soap in it, dirty spots dripping all over the walls, dusty and spotted floors with Bobby pins on the ground. It felt gross just to be in there. Then that night the room was so loud nobody could sleep. Can’t really complain about the street noise but every car that went by the bass was shaking the windows and peoples voices were so loud. Then all the people using the stairs and elevator all night were super loud. The noise went on until 4:30 am. They had no other rooms and offered to help at the front desk. Stay far away from this place. I booked it based on other reviews and our stay couldn’t have been more different.

This was a great place to stay in the French Quarter. Close to everything. Staff was great. Stayed with three teens. Quick Uber to the Smoothie Center for Pelicans game. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was really clean. Loved that there were no carpets, so it felt cleaner. Beds were comfortable (not stiff) and pillows were great - soft and fluffy. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations on where to go, what to do.

The room had not been cleaned well. The floor had hair, dust and left over Mardi Grad sprinkles. The front desk staff were great. There is a lot of street noise on weekends but fairly quiet on weekdays. There was street work going on from 3am until 5am in our last day. Directly below our room.

Location, location, location! Rooms were clean and great for the price. You are in the heart of Bourbon Street area. Walking distance to public transportation. Head one way and you have night life. Head the other and you have a combination of high priced and affordable art galleries and shops. If you like a great dive bar a block from Erin Rose. If you like upscale and fancy hit bars like the Carousel Bar.
