The location is ideal for navigating Milan. It's just steps away from the main train station and the local subway. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are small like most hotels in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of hotel options in the area, but the standout here is the staff. Particularly Carmen was extremely helpful and kind. Her assistance, recommendations, directions, and professionalism really made my stay excellent. She provided 5 star customer service and should be acknowledged and commended. Thank you!

Perfect for being across the Centrale station. It is functional, rooms ok for a few days. No real lobby or place to chill otherwise your room.
