I was in the luxury studio suite with the whirlpool. It was a very nice and relaxing room. I enjoyed the whirlpool. The bed was comfortable. It is basic (no iron, no hairdryer) but it did what it needed to do. Staff wasn’t the friendliest, but they weren’t rude. They just were not warm and welcoming. I there are stores (Walmart) and restaurants (Five Guys) 3 mins away and other stores about 10 mins away. We really did enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, shower was new and sparkling clean. The only complaint with the room was that some windows wouldn’t open and the two that did open wouldn’t close. The property in general is showing its age. Guests looking for a pampered stay need to look elsewhere and pay a lot more money. I was perfectly happy with the clean, comfortable and affordable room for a quick overnight and would definitely stay here again.

While the basic room is spacious, the entire place is outdated and feels dirty. The bedspread had cigarette holes in several places, the ceiling tiles are rusty and stained, the sink didn’t even have a catch stopper, the stovetop in the kitchenette was covered with foil and no burner exists. There’s a living room with no tv and the tv in the bedroom has a fuzzy picture. I felt like I was transported back in time in this place. The bed was ok and the a/c worked so I made do, but I’ll never stay there again. With no coffee machine and tiny old towels, I didn’t even want to try the shower so I left as soon as possible to go find breakfast nearby. This felt like a $60 motel but I paid $108 for it.

Me and a few friends have been coming here for the past 6 or 7 years and will continue to come here. It's starting to show some wear, the shower was badly patched, but overall it is a great place to stay and it is clean, and the staff is there when you need them.

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff especially when my friend needed a blow dryer for her hair. Conveniently located and very affordable. Great spot to rest your head without spending an arm and a leg. Absolutely would stay again.

All The lights in the room were very dim making it hard to see, several holes in the walls in the bathroom & doors, no closet doors on closet, towels & wash cloths very dingy & stained, microwave had no handle on it, hair dye spatter on wall, 3 VERY FLAT pillows on bed, room phone had a huge burn mark on it, bed was made poorly, drip pans for the burners in the kitchenette was wrapped in aluminum foil, screens coming out the windows, knob to open & close windows broken, guy at front desk in the back sleeping which would lead to anyone walking in unknowingly, main door to room almost didn’t close completely, burn marks on all the furniture, lamp shades falling apart, stains & hard spots on the carpet.

I arrived a couple days after a major blizzard. The kind gent at the desk told me to be careful as I walked over the foot high hump of Icey snow to get to the dry walk way. Two people in front of me slipped and fell on the hump which could have been easily removed.

When we pulled back the covers to check the sheets there was something on it that was brown and other stuff that looked awful when we found a staff for clean sheet she handed us the sheet to change ourself!!!! The tub was disgusting and i put a hand towel do so i could take a quick shower cracks in ceiling and they don't put anything back into the place!! It was not worth the $90. and will never stay there again!! Bad for your repretation Need to check out the place yourself would have gone to another hotel but all full. Will not recommend to anyone!!!

Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! The room really needs to be upgraded as the bathroom had paint chipping, bathtub rusty, showerhead rusty, bathroom door would not close. Air conditioner frame falling apart, TV remote didn't work, got another and it didn't work either. They never really cleaned up after the snow storm which made it dangerous for the customers. There is a lot to say about taking PRIDE in your buisness.
