Everything was nice, until it clearly wasn't.
We stayed one night and had to wake up at 8AM because of noise right next to our appartment. There was a crane and it was construction work time in the inner courtyard. We waited a bit, hoped that it would be over soon, but it wouldn't. A lot of workers were in the courtyard, so it must have been planned beforehand.
We had to wake up and get dressed and went to the reception to talk about it. They were sorry, apparently it wasn't them, but their neighbors. They offered to change our rooms, but we were about to check out at 11AM anyways. We just wanted a good night's sleep in a hotel, which was not meant to be.
We filed an official complaint, but neither refund nor compensation was granted. We were not excepting a complete refund, but even a small compensation would mean that they cared about the comfort of their customers. They didn't.
Overall it was a bad experience, but Getaway Studios took no responsibility for it, which made it even worse.
