What a great fine and in such a central location and get such a reasonable price! The staff was particularly friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of my room. I will definitely come back when I visit Montreal!

Me gustó que el alojamiento está cerca de una estación del metro como a dos o tres cuadras aproximadamente y a media cuadra del hotel hay muchos establecimientos de comida, sin embargo, en la noche se siente un poco inseguro ya que hay personas en calidad de calle en los alrededores, el lugar tenia toallas limpias, plancha para la ropa, secadora de cabello, y en si el lugar estaba limpio. Piden un deposito de 150 dlls al entrar que se te regrese en unos 2/3 días hábiles aproximadamente.

First, the rooms were clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels...nothing. There were light switches that did nothing. No bedside lamps so you had to fumble around in the dark once the lights were turned out. No blackout blinds, no kleenex. And I have never encountered front desk staff as aloof as this place. And when i asked about luggage storage after checkout, i was told it would cost $15. I guess thats for the fund to buy towel hooks, kleenex, and blackout blinds. Will never stay again.

J'étais avec ma mère de 72ans qui a de la difficulté à marcher. Ils nous ont attribué une chambre au sous-sol, il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur. J'ai fais la demande pour un changement de chambre et même si on est arrivé tôt (à16hrs), il n'a pas été possible de ce faire changer de chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Tout était très propre. Mais un gros bémol pour le sous sol, très humide avec thermostat blocker à 15 degrés. Il fesait 17 degré dans la chambre la chambre. De plus aucun reseau disponible au sous-sol, il a fallu sortir du batiment, pour passer nos appels téléphoniques.

Very basic hotel in a good location with a pretty aloof and unhelpful staff. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily and I watched someone try to leave their luggage for 15 minutes in the lobby to buy a drink and this wasn’t particularly accommodated by the staff- which I think is a pretty basic service by hotels of all levels. The rooms are clean but kinda sterile and weird and most of the rooms look out onto a brick, graffiti- ridden building about 5 feet away. If you’re wanting a downtown location, it works well but other than that feel free to give this one a miss.

This was a first time, last time visit for me. The hotel was being painted so the hallways were full of paint, ladders and drop cloths to navigate around. There is a single coffee pot in the lobby, but only a jar of sugar. When asked about cream or sugar substitute (diabetic), I was told "not today." The next morning was another "not today." I asked to have my room serviced and was told it was an every 48 hour policy, so no. When I said I was specifically requesting a room refresh - blank stare and repeat of the policy. The rooms are super small, beds not comfortable, linens worn as were the pillows. I have been traveling to Montreal for years and have stayed at a number of places. This was a miss for sure.
