The tv didn't work about a hour after we called the front desk and I called again and finally someone came down and unjusted the volume on the back of the tv and she turned it on that way the remote didn't work the nightstand needed a good cleaning and the mattress had linen stuff on the mattress so we had to take the sheets off and clean it so there wasn't lumps in it and then i told the front decsk in the morning and she rolled her eyes st me

When I arrived to my hotel room and used the key and opened the door for the first time, there was a couple and a man with no shirt on in the room. Also, the tv didn’t work. I wake up early and watch the news so this was very disappointing. When I called she said they got new tvs and most the remotes don’t work. Then shouldn’t you tell us that at check in so we can tell you if we need an tv or not?? Also the heater makes an annoying squeaky sound. Horrible stay.

Room looked shabby, TV remote didn't work, faucet leaked, paint flaws in bathroom, not enough outlets for elec. devices, heater control was sketchy. Staff was nice and pillows were good!

Front desk was amazing She was new and did a really good job taking care of us. I think housekeeping needs to step up a bit. Found candy wrappers in the floor. At least they could have left the peanut butter cups. The unit was older and a little update would help. But overall it was an acceptable place to stay the night

We are in our 80’s. We called the day before and told them this and asked for the lower floor. Next to impossible to do stairs and carry luggage. They said “not to worry”. We got there and they about 3:00. They said they were sold out and upstairs is all they had for the night. My husband has back issues. Because we had already paid and there was no refund we had no choice but to stay. They put us in the far back corner where the steps were broken so had to use the stairs farther away from our room. My husband was exhausted and in pain by the time he got our big suitcase up the stairs. Luckily there was a man that saw us the next morning and took the large suitcase down for us. I didn’t sleep that night because I was worried if one or both of us would fall down the stairs along with suitcase when we left. Needless to say we were very unhappy but very grateful for the man that helped us

Room were not that clean . Big hand prints that you can see in The bathroom.no sign to put on door due not disturb so Then we were woke up at 6:30 - 7:0 am by the door being opened up with out a knock or anyone saying house keeping. Not cool !!
