There’s little to no reinvestment of funds into this property. I was afraid of everything this hotel had to offer including the infestation of ants. I just needed one night to safely lay my head before driving home. I double checked everything from the locks on the door to my car doors. This property is for unhoused and transient population.

The bedding seemed clean. The partially-assembled light fixtures in the room had grime and grunge all around them. Some of the guests were homeless people that were being housed there. The shower/tub in our room worked, but it looked and smelled disgusting. And the carbohydrate-only breakfast was edible. The breakfast area was a bit of a wreck. We would say the price was a tad bit high for the conditions.

Pics are deff old!!! This place is worn down.. the staff is rude as hellgot there at 1:30 "check in" was at 3 and was told ww could not check early unless paying $40 more dollars. Lobby was hard to find as you had to through a door to get to it but then it was down a hall but no signs. Says "smoke free" and room was "smoke free" however room was deff smoked in and also bathroom smelled like pit.. went back to check in left them know and their solution was to have house keeping come spray something in the room. Pool did look clean however we did not use it. "Free" breakfast was only cereal and bananas that should have been throw away and replaced a few days back. All and all nicely letting for the price stay else where if you can.. we deff will!

This facility is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are filthy and have insects and ants everywhere the room. The king bed was a collection of old clumps and old pillows. The bathroom was not clean and had poop on the wall! The shower handle came off in my hands. The TV was broken and only had 1 channel. The free breakfast was old white bread for toast and bananas. The quick griddle for waffles was broken and they only had water or coffee to drink. There was hookers knocking on doors and drug deals in the parking lot. Stay away!

Hotel was a bit run down on outside. Definitely needed repair. Handicap door was locked at night. Husband went out and could not get in due to the card reader button to unlock door was broken and missing. Had to call me to let him in. Bedroom was in good condition. Slept very well. It was quiet and comfortable. Did not utilize breakfast amenities.

My daughter and i have been staying here for awhile due to unforseen circumstances, the manager and staff are always helpful when needed, always say hi in passing. I am grateful for the help when needed.
