Showed up and turns out they decided to change my reservation. Needed two family rooms and booked two and got a single one due to a system error?? And when they were helping the individual helping was just clicking in and out of the screen acting like he was working. Parking is horrible too.

Old but clean. Staff isn’t very helpful but not rude except for one night person. Worse thing is it’s super old so if you are on first floor you hear EVERY movement from the ppl above. But there are no elevators so if you have a lot of stuff it’s the best option. In our case it was humid so on top of the stomping the roof creaked with every step and I don’t mean a low creak. It was so squeaky it made us cringe each time. and the ppl above us for some reason were extremely active at night. I mean like ppl walking and stomping well into night. When we complained to front desk it was almost like we were the annoying ones for complaining. We only got one good nights sleep out of our 3 night stay. Close to park entrance for sure but that’s the only plus. Would not stay again.

Our stay at Del Sol Inn Anaheim was a win for our Disneyland trip. The location is unbeatable, literally steps from the parks and surrounded by dining and entertainment. This saved us so much time and hassle! Upon arrival, we were thrilled to check in super early and were greeted with warm cookies. The staff, every single person we interacted with at the front desk, was awesome – incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even seamlessly extended our stay and gave us the best possible deal. This level of service truly stands out, even compared to "fancy" hotels. The room itself was very clean, which is always a priority. However, the showers had low water pressure and the shower curtain was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, so if you're seeking luxury, this isn't it. But for a place to crash after a full day at the parks, it absolutely does the trick. Beyond the room, the pool and hot tub were awesome and spotless, perfect for unwinding. A unique highlight was the self-serve surf store, which was a fun surprise. Comparatively, Del Sol Inn was less expensive than similar hotels like Camelot, Desert, or Tropicana Inn for our dates, making it an incredibly affordable choice. If you want a clean, perfectly located, and budget-friendly base with outstanding service for your Disneyland adventure, Del Sol Inn is an excellent option. It's not "bougie," but it's practically perfect for what it offers.
