This was a good budget friendly hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. The neighborhood felt safe and it was centrally located. My only concern was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable. My son’s and my back were both pretty sore each morning and while it was better than the floor it was still pretty rough. Plus due to the hardwood floors you could hear every movement from those in the room above.

Check-in staff member seemed like they hated their job, knowing we had multiple rooms they put us far apart, window screen was broken & several other guests said “don’t let people see you have kids, this is a bad area”, entire place just felt dirty, the eggs & milk were sitting out on the counter late at night during the check-in. Overall, it worked for a quick night rest on our trip, but not somewhere I would recommend to others.

Two night travel with little kids. Floor and countertops were dirty. When I asked for cleaning wipes or to have someone empty our trash staff said they only do service every other day. Parking was tight and breakfast was mediocre. Would not stay here again.

I relied on hotels.com reviews and should have done further research. It is hard to find family size rooms so we stayed despite my unhappiness with the condition of the interior of the room. I took pictures that I will send to the hotel with a list of concerns coming from someone that has been in the housing industry for 30+ years in hopes they will take the constructive criticism to improve for their next guests.

Waited 30 min to check in because no one was at the front desk and I called and heard no phones ringing. Mold all over the walls and a dead roach on the wall. We want a refund back and couldn’t get it from the hotel because they said we have to ask for a refund through hotel.com and now we’re dealing with trying to get a full refund back! Horrible way to start the weekend.

The room was super clean. My family and I stayed 3 nights and each morning the cleaning ladies came and cleaned our room and we’d come back from our busy days to a brand new room each time. Staff was amazing, spot was good and not too far from the main attractions or stores for last minute purchases
