Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at this establishment. It was advertised on the Hotels.com site as pet friendly. When we arrived we were informed that they did not allow pets of any type per the owner. I am currently being charged for this stay along with the alternate hotel we had to book due to this hotels false advertising. I’m very concerned that they may be doing this to others and profiting from the fact that mine and potentially others cannot receive a refund due to finding out that pets are not allowed, upon check in. As a business, I consider this as fraud and should be investigated by Hotels.com and the Quality Hotel chain.

This place was worse than the last Quality Inn we stayed at. Service was really slow. The quilt had blood and stuff on the underside. The curtains did not block out the light from the window. The worst part was being nauseous and sick from the carbon monoxide leaking in the room. There were very loud and weird noises during the night. Can’t believe we didn’t get a discount because of the bloody blankets. The pullout couch was unusable and the couch sagged even when just being a couch. Again breakfast was low quality and not a variety…. Sugar and no real fruit of foods….

When booking my family's stay to attend a graduation, it said it was a 2 queen bed suite. And that it had a full size couch with an extra room. That was not the case. The room we got was small and only 2 queen beds for a family of 5. We asked about the situation and the very friendly front desk lady told us that they do not have suites. That was the only thing that upset us on this travel.

This was very disappointing. The staff were eating dinner when we got there. Talking with their mouths full of food trying to check me in. The room was not very clean or well kept. Maintence is deaperatly needed. The curtain was broken so you couldnt shut them. Light was shining into the room the whole night. The switch for the light/fan to the bathroom was outside the bathroom and so was the sink to wash your hands. There were two truck stops outside the hotel. Very lit up and loud. This hotel was worth $40 a night and we had to pay $90. NOT WORTH IT

The.kids did their best to take care of us. The heater did not work in our room and we spent a great deal of the night very cold. There were no extra blankets and there was no option for a space heater. There was talk of putting us in another room but it didnt happen.

Room was updated, but walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors and road traffic, thankfully, no trains. Breakfast was ok, limited options (waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt). Better than nothing though.

Great place, the was helpful, they need more training. The new lady booked my room and the next 2 party in the same room. The place was clean and quite. Could use a little more healthy options for breakfast.

The bathroom light was out and didn't work. The furniture in the room was stained and pretty gross. The room smelled funky. The individual helping us check in charged us, even though we had already paid. The woman who helped with our refund and deal with Expedia to get a refund too was great!

After a 14 hour drive we were all more than ready to get out and stretch our legs, as those know who have little children would understand after being in a car seat that many hours they would like to be active, well not more than 10 minutes after checking in we received a call from the front desk we were being to loud, it was getting late apparently and it was 8:00 pm, now what to we do make the children sit still again as we’ve done all day🤔 yes we tried,
