I made a non-refundable reservation in Lordsburg because I was too mentally and physically tired to drive any further. When I arrived, the office door to the hotel was locked. I tried calling and ringing the doorbell for 30 minutes without any success. Had to move to another hotel.

No one was at the front desk to check me in, no one answered the phone after almost 10 phone calls. No one answered the doorbell, which is a sophisticated ring camera. And no one called me back after I left a message in the mailbox that I came there to stay and no one Showed up at the front door to check me in.

Where to start. Went to take a shower and no shower head. Was like taking a shower with a hose and water was everywhere in the bathroom. Then the bug bites. I even tried a bug bomb because I was there for the week for work. Checked in Monday evening and by Friday I figured I better ask for clean towels because they don’t clean the rooms daily. I asked at 4 pm and a little after 10 pm a knock on the door waking me there was my towels. I left a day early for a different motel. Just couldn’t handle the bug bites. They shouldn’t be able to rent these rooms out….

On the plus side, the room was cheap, the curtains were pretty effective, and the hot water worked. The room also had a microwave oven, and a decent sized fridge. There was a power outlet and a bedside table by the bed, convenient for charging a cell phone, and the bed itself was tolerably comfortable. On the minus side: - There was only one light in the room; the switch was beside the door, and the light itself was beside the bathroom sink area at the back of the room, so it would have been ineffective if I wanted tom e.g. read in bed, and annoying to turn off if I was in bed. There was another light fixture beside the bed, with no obvious way to turn it on. - The a/c unit did not work. No heating, no cooling. - The bedclothes were quite thin, and there was no spare blanket in the room. - There was also no trash can in the room. - The bed, while not the worst motel bed I've ever slept in, was extremely creaky.

Please note you can tell renovations are being made, however they are slow. Everything in room worked, had hygiene products, clean linens and terrific American Owned and ran bug free, quite safe place to stay!

ghastly, No one at reception 3:30 in afternoon (I had a reservation). When I finally found someone, 1st room had no bedding, just bare torn mattress w/ 2 lumpy pillows thrown on bed, fridge and microwave unplugged and turned to wall. Second room had a hole about 1x2 feet in the front window; only 2 sheets on bed, no blanket in February. Heater was duct-taped to the wall. Single overhead light had no bulb and when I finally found another employee to get me one, I discovered the fixture wasnt functional. Mini-fridge froze all my just-purchased groceries. Apparent cronies of employees of main owner goofing off with loud and profane language in parting lot...they looked like something out of duck dynasty. The place just across the road is $20 cheaper and looks nicer. This Motel 10 was an absolute pit. Cant believe they can stay in business. One night was one too many.

Nothing I liked. Hotel very very dirty. Many roaches and other bugs. No one in office and when she was there she was sweating profusely and irritable. Room never cleaned. No towels. No closet. Should be condemned it's that bad. I cannot express how awful it was. In need of many repairs. AC did not work nor did frig. Unsanitary!!!!

Das bett war sehr bequem, Klimaanlage funktioniert. Internet sehr gut. Mcdonalds 1 min Fahrzeit entfernt. Man darf allerdings nicht zu viel erwarten. Das Lacken hatte Löcher, das bad ein paar Stellen. Zum Ausruhen absolut ausreichend. Ich hatte nicht mehr erwartet.

It was just as I expected. Super cheap. Thin towels and sheets. Bed was a little past it’s prime, The staff was amazing and friendly. The place was neat and clean. The shower was hot, toilet and air conditioner worked. If I wanted something classy, I would need to spend a little more money. You get what you pay for. This was an excellent value.

First of all when I arrived the lady told me that their computer is broke and they do not except reservations from hotel.com so I paid cash and I’m sure I will not be getting my points from Hotels.com the place is super old and run down.

I expected a funky motel room given it had the lowest price in town. But it was pretty bad. Strong musty odor, pulled back the bed covers to find a spider, lots of human and dog hair, and many stains all over the sheets, blankets and pillowcases. We resigned to sleep on top of the bedspread with our clothes on. The towels seemed clean, however, and the shower was fine with good water pressure -- those were the only pluses. Oh, and there was no toilet paper! The carpet was super dirty looking. The room looked like it had not been retrofitted with new bedding, carpeting, or furnishing for 50 years. We stayed in a much nicer place for $10 less during our trip in a similar stopover town -- Van Horn TX. I'd gladly stay there again but not here. To top it off, after booking online and showing the women at reception my reservation and the price she said, "oh we charge way more than that" and acted like it was a mistake and as if I was getting a really good deal. Lol!

When you see "NO REFUNDS"....

RUN!!!! There were 3 signs as I walked in the office that say "NO REFUNDS" and that should have been my first clue. Grossest hotel room I have EVER stayed in. Filthy, cold, ancient. I didn't dare use the shower and I'm pretty sure paper towel shoved up in a fan is a fire hazard. There are a few nicer places close by and I sure wish I'd stayed at any of them over Motel 10. This place should be shut down!!

We made an online reservation but when we arrived the clerk told us their computers hadn’t worked for sometime when we pulled there were a couple of standing outside their rooms drinking and there was an old car with a broken mirror and the door had a huge cut in it when I asked the clerk how safe the area was because everything around was dark and abandoned and the old clunker outside the office she laughed at that point she quoted me more for the room then the internet price we felt uneasy thanked her and decided to go elsewhere
