Muchísimo ruido por la noche debido al bar que está en la última planta, y para ingresar por la noche era problemático ya que no había nadie en recepción y daban prioridad al bar que a los huéspedes

There is a nightclub at the very top of this hotel which you need to be aware of and there was no mention of any gym/fitness facilities. The staff were very helpful though and responsive to any concerns/questions. 7/10

Positives: Friendly front desk staff, a large clean room (#408), comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. The hotel is centrally located for shops, restaurants, and tram stops. With the windows closed, the fourth-floor room was generally quiet. Negatives: The shower area in room 408 has a large clear glass window, offering no privacy. We had to cover it with towels. The rooftop terrace bar is a separate business with its own entrance, which may make hotel photos appear misleading. On Saturday evening there was loud music from the terrace, although it was not audible in our fourth-floor room; higher floors may be affected more. Street noise is to be expected due to the central location and nearby tram lines. During Carnival, noise increased significantly, with a nearby bar playing loud music until 4am on our final night. With windows open, early-morning noise from people outside and cigarette smoke from staff smoking below was also noticeable. Night-time refuse collection added further disturbance. Overall: The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but we would not stay again. Rooms do not have balconies, and the rooftop bar is not part of the hotel. While most nights were reasonably quiet (earplugs recommended), noise can be significant during busy periods such as Carnival. We did not use the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment on dining. Summary: A pleasant central hotel with good rooms, but if you want outdoor space or guaranteed quiet, particularly

Don’t stay here if you want to rest at night! Worst Sleep Ever – Felt Like a Nightclub Was Right Above Our Room This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a nightclub that plays insanely loud music until around 4 or 5 in the morning, and it literally felt like it was right above our room. The walls and floor were vibrating from the bass — it was impossible to sleep even for a minute. I can’t believe the hotel rents out rooms knowing how unbearable the noise is. It’s unbelievable that a hotel would rent out rooms knowing guests can’t possibly rest. If you actually want to sleep, stay far, far away from this place.

Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, Tram ist direkt vor dem Haus, Busbahnhof mit Tram oder zu Fuß sehr leicht erreichbar. Man kommt mit dem Bus zum schönsten Strand. Leider hat mich der Bustransfer heute Morgen nicht abgeholt, obwohl ich 10 Min. Vor der vereinbarten Zeit an der genauen Abholstelle war. Was ist damit? Bitte melde

Un hotel desastroso

Hotel muy desastroso. Aunque estuve en una planta 5, el ruido del tranvía y de la calle era horroroso. El desayuno muy mediocre para el precio que cobran. No realizaron la limpieza de la habitación aduciendo que había un cartel de no molestar en la puerta de la habitación, cosa que no era cierta. Cuando se reclamó, ni caso. Imposible aparcar, obligatorio parking que hay que contratar fuera del hotel. La limpieza y el estado de conservación muy mejorable
