All the staff were delightful with Esther, Lucky and George plus night manager Fred particularly kind on the front desk. Martha was also very lovely in the excellent Minazi restaurant and Gabriel in the Lido bar and restaurant. The rooms were good on the whole and Claire from guest services was very helpful too. There was also someone who would come during breakfast to inquire whether our room had any issues, which would then be quickly resolved The food was excellent, and the food and ice cream stalls during the day were very helpful. We had a lot of fun here and it honestly was the best resort we’ve ever stayed in. There was always an event and the new years celebration was absolutely fantastic. Missing the experience already

My 3rd visit, and it is now hard to envisage going anywhere else. It really is close to perfection. The facilities are exceptional, the staff equally so. So friendly (and genuinely, you dont get the impression they are told to be so) the restaurants are excellent with a huge variety every day. The rooms are excellent and the beaches are unreal.
