We checked in and the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms and still had difficulty setting up the tv. They had coffee in the lobby that was old and cold. When we inquired, they said their coffee maker was broken. We had literally 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in our room and that’s it. Went down for breakfast to get coffee and they still did not have coffee and told us we needed to make it in our room because their machine was broke. Even though we got a free breakfast, we ended up having to go out for breakfast because of their coffee was old. We didn’t want a chance the rest of the food.

The breakfast bar was not the best. The eggs were particularly dry and there was limited choices. We did eat, but I have stayed at Country Inns with a much better selection. The pool was open, but it felt like we were getting into a bucket of ice. So we didn't get to swim, which was something my kids were looking forward to doing. The staff was not around much. When we checked in, I had to wait for someone to come to the desk. We were in the lobby for a while playing cards and didn't see anyone during that time. They did not appear to enjoy their job when I did have interactions with them. Maybe it was just a rough night.

Called a couple weeks before our stay to make sure the pool was open and it was but when we got there it was closed for emergency maintenance. Same incident happened last year and it was closed for our stay. Kids weren’t too happy!

The check in was ok. Got to our room and no WiFi. The first evening, the woman at the front desk was of no help. She could not give us any answers at all. The next morning the woman was very very helpful and we found out that a new system had been put in place and had not been finished yet so all the rooms did not have the Wi-Fi. We needed to do some work from the room and we’re not able to at that point. The girl on duty on Saturday found us a different room and we switched to that room. The Wi-Fi did work, but the heating and air-conditioning did not work. So we switched to a third room. Our reservations were for one king bed we ended up with two queens. We preferred the king bed, but we’re not able to have that along with the Wi-Fi.. The room that we ended up in the Wi-Fi was fine, but come to find out the refrigerator did not work. We did not even bother to tell them this as we were past that point now. Breakfast was OK. It served the purpose. I am pretty sure we will not be staying at that location again. Although the girl working Saturday morning and Sunday morning was a great help and the one on Friday night needs to have some more train. Thank you so much.

The room, especially the bathroom was not clean. Hair was present and the bathtub looked dirty. The shower curtain had noticable dirt hand prints on it. They did not have a backup roll of toilet paper. The beds were uncomfortable. In addition, the pool was broken and the uncleanliness ensured we did not want to go at the offered breakfast. We will not be staying at any of the hotels in this group again.
