So nice in the room. The fragrance upon entering the lobby was amazing! Smelled so good. No complaints other than the cost of the room but I was in a hard spot and needed a room. Thankful I’m blessed to be able to get it!

We had a very nice desk clerk. We had a smoke detector that was going off when we got to our room, she fixed it so we thought it started beeping in the middle of the night again. We had no xtra toilet paper and my sister's room did not have any to start.

Room had no towels or wash clithes. No cups. Room keys wouldn't work even after staff redid them. Staff had to unlock room for us. Air conditioning was not cooling room. We checked out and moved to a different hotel

Don’t waste your money!

I booked a handicap accessible smoking king room. I messaged the hotel one week before to make sure everything was good with no response. When we got there to check in we were told that there was not a handicap accessible room smoking, so I asked for a non smoking handicap accessible room and was told they didn’t have any. So we ended up with a king room nonsmoking. When we got to the room there was an office chair that I had to use to get around in the room. The couch that was in the room was disgusting. Stains everywhere. The sheets had stains on them. The mattress had a large yellow stain on it. There were no towels. My husband had to go ask for them. The ice machine was broke. Behind the bed had no baseboard and was disgusting. For it to be a nonsmoking room there were burn marks on the tub in the comforter and on the little table. The floors were so dirty that our white socks were black from walking around. When we woke up the morning of the 6th there was a car blocking us in. It took about 2.5 hours for them to get it moved. Right before we were leaving there were 3 police officers that showed up for some reason. The comforter that was on the bed was not a blanket it was like a curtain. Not thick at all. Will not EVER stay there again. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Do not recommend! I have photos but they are to large and won’t upload, for proof.

WHAT A DUMP HOTEL

This place is a dump. I tried to download photos but it wouldn't work. I kept touching the add photos but nothing happened. Our sofa looked like they picked up on the side of the road, full of stains all over it, broken springs & the cushions were flat & uneven. We were scared to sit on it. Our bed spread had no less yhan 5 cigarette burns in it & the sheets burns matched. Asked for another room and was told they didn't have one available, yet the parking lot was 20% full! How can a bed spread & sheet match burn holes...did they even change it from the previous guest? We pd $88+ but wouldn't stay there again on our way back home if it was $9.95. No soap, shampoo or lotion, only 1 bath towel. I'm so glad we brought from home, blankets & pillows, shampoo, body wash & everything we needed to not touch that sh#t. WHAT A DUMP HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE!!! Wish I could download my photos of this place & get a refund. If Hotels.com will contact me, I send the photos to you & hopefully you will take this place off your website.

Excellent staff

The staff as far as my check in goes was great! The room felt dirty. The doors lock was broke, the tv remote didn’t work, and the ac unit took forever to kick on.

We checked in to our room with a king sized bed, but it was dirty with no twels or toilet paper and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a 2 queen bed room, because they didn't have anything else even though the hotel looked rather empty. This room was only slightly better, but the desk clerk gave us towels and toilet paper. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and a large hole in the bathroom wall.

You get what you pay for, I paid $22 after tax. To book through the hotel directly was about $70 before tax. Which is alot of money for one to not even enjoy their stay. Our room was not clean. Bed sheets, pillow cases, sofa & shower curtain all had bad stains & not in good condition for one to lay on or sit on. The room also didnt have towels or toilet paper. The room that was given to us was 130. Hopefully your room is in much better welcoming condition than my experience.

Not clean

There were piles of garbage outside. The first room was filthy, the toilet was not flushed, the bed was not made when we walked into the room. They moved us to a second room, which was not clean, had to come down outside in freezing temp to get pillowcases (none was in the room), there were no blankets (we used ours from the car). Would not stay there again.

Bates Motel Nightmare

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the past and this one has to be the absolute worst one in America. The list of grievances is many. The housekeeper left her cleaning solution in the bathroom. No towels or wash clothes. It took them until noon the next day to "wash and dry some". Seriously, I am not kidding. When I finally got the linens I discovered the bathtub was filthy and covered with hair and debt nasty stuff. The door security latch was broken like the door had been kicked in. Don't ever let your friends stay here. They would be better off sleeping in their car or at the Bates Motel.
