Avoid!

Front desk person preoccupied and rude on arrival.Insisted on an unadvertised security deposit after room was paid for in full and I would have to wait for up to 2 weeks for my entitled refund. Breakfast included (as advertised) only to find it was lukewarm coffee. No food. A non-customer service attitude prevailed at checkout.

Greatest most amazing Hotel Experience!!!!

the service and atmosphere was friendly & caring. I have arrived earlier than expected and check in wasn't till 3pm. the front desk was kind and very helpful and even allowed me to check in early. This hotel is very very clean and not very far from downtown Pittsburgh Made the commute very easy. I loved the packed breakfast they had as it was nice to bring on the Bus home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will plan future stays..

Found a cockroach in the bathroom the breakfast they offer is in a bag one apple a water and a muffin. The beds are a mattress on a metal frame that is very uncomfortable. The heater was so loud we couldn’t sleep unless we turned it off. Overall we will not stay here ever again.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Pretty much, I was forced to leave one day early because my room was not cleaned in 5 days. No clean towels or bed sheets were put in the room either. There were roaches all over the place, and to top it off, the so called "included breakfast" was a joke! I should get reimbursed for the day that I paid and left because of the filthy sanitary conditions.

Do not come here.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a couple of men in the parking lot fixing cars. I should've known then that this was not going to be a good experience. The first room they put me in had a broken bathroom window, a dented refrigerator and the front door was not installed properly because it didn't close securely and you could see the street from under the door making the room cold despite having the heat on. When I complained I was told i couldn't get another room because I got the room via hotels.com. I had to send my husband to complain. My husband brought the staff member to the room in order to get another room. The second room had hole in the floor but at least the door secured properly. The continental breakfast was a joke! It consisted of a brown paper bag with a water, orange juice, a muffin, and an apple. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
