The customer service was outstanding! From check in to room service they went above and beyond. Room was great condition and spacious. Both self and valet parking easy. Location 10 minutes from airport and the Coconut Grove shopping area has a market and good food choices. The hotel is 1.5 miles from Sleeping Giant trail which was a challenge but worth it. Overall we had a great time. Highly recommend this property!!
