Got what we paid for...the property doesn't do justice to the name. The room was spacious, got to give them that. The mattress on the sofa bed was useless, could feel the wires therefore we couldn't use it. The tub was worn down and the faucet had a leak. The AC system didn't work and had an annoying sound coming out if it that disturbed our sleep. The towels were old. Wouldn't recommend to stay there.

The breakfast was pleasant. The made-to-order omelet was very good and the breakfast offerings was plenty and constantly refilled. The room was "clean" and the bed was comfortable! Bathroom had the standard bathroom amenities and was clean. Couple of issues with this room - The bathtub had a solid drip. Obvious and it should've been handled well before I or anyone else was given the room. I just closed the door because the other "white noise" in the room very easily covered the drip sound. The slider to the cozy balcony was completely off track. So much so that there were gaps between the glass and the frame - noticeable gaps. So the freeway noise was very present. The pool was just ick. So many people (children, too) that the water was very cloudy and had these little puddles of oil sitting on top. I'm sure it was all sunscreen and gunk, but the care for that pool wasn't there. Evening Check in staff very obviously didn't want to be there. The next night person was pleasant, as was the lady who handled my check out. Housekeeping wouldn't acknowledge you, especially if you were trying to get to the ONLY SET of working elevators and they didn't want to wait for you. The maintenance guys were friendly and tried to accommodate. Room issues should have been obvious for housekeeping to report to maintenance. Overall, this was a decent place and right off the 55. However, I would not give this location top dollar for a middle rate room. All in all, 3*.

Breakfast was great just wished they had pancakes or waffles . Non working elevator and room phone. System was down so couldn’t get dinner or drinks disappointed. Free happy hour was a plus. Pool open till 11pm also a plus. Staff wasn’t in the best mood about giving more information

Front desk person, Jonathan, was friendly. However, housekeeping did not clean very well at all. They even skipped a day during our stay and we had to go down to the front desk to get the toiletries. Will not be coming back to this location.

Breakfast and staff was great. James from front desk is very professional and gave great customer service. Rooms definitely need an upgrade. First day first room pull out couch had mold next day we had to switch rooms we was to tired from Disneyland to do it that night. Second day new room shower and bathtub needs to be replaced paint peeling from bathtub water handle falling apart definitely needs attention. O and only 2 elevators are working not enough for the levels for this location 3 elevators down.

Staff was friendly. We slept very well; the bed and pillows were very comfy…except for the yellow stain. The thermostat did not work, but the temperature was tolerable. The gathering areas were beautiful and well kept. However, the rest of the facilities do not reflect the caliber of hotel Embassy once used to be. The rooms had very obvious cosmetic issues and significant wear and tear, from stains, to scratches and paint smudges. There was a squashed water bug near the pool. Another guest found mold and took a picture of the roach crawling up the wall in her room. Needless to say, she and her family checked out early. The toilet had a wonky handle that seemed it would break at any moment. The very next morning, the tank stopped refilling with water so we couldn't flush. i had to pour gallons of water into the tank (not the bowl) just to flush until maintenance could come. The elevators were unreliable and a family became stuck for over an hour. The phones in the room did not connect to the front desk. I had to use my phone to call the location and go through reservations just to reach the front desk. Even though I indicated we had 3 adults and 3 children, we were supplied with towels for 4 people. I waited for several hours (from checkin all the way until early afternoon the next day) for additional towels even after going down to front desk. WiFi had a weak signal and kept logging out. Only basic channels on the tv, no apps or ways to log into other streaming platforms.

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The shower was extremely dirty, and the curtains clearly need to be replaced due to a strong moldy smell. There was even visible mold growing under the bed, which is completely unacceptable. We also had significant issues with service. We had to call room service three separate times, and someone was only sent the following day after our initial request. Additionally, the overall condition of the room was poor. The bed made constant noises, the AC was loud, and there were other random disturbances throughout our stay. The floor also appeared unclean and in need of proper mopping. Overall, this experience did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards. However, after the cleaning service was finally completed, the room improved significantly. They also replaced the mattress, and the bed stopped squeaking, which made the stay more comfortable.

Disappointing. First room the AC didn’t work. Went down and the staff was nice, changed me to another room. Got to the new room and the televisions did not work. Called down to the front desk and was put on hold for 3 to 5 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back a second time someone picked up and hung up the phone again. I called the third time and the girl that answered said she was busy and was putting me on hold to which I told her I had already been hung up on twice, she reiterated she was alone and had a long line and was putting me on hold. So I hung up. She did call back and sent someone to come fix the televisions. At another point, our room ran out of toilet paper. I had to call down three times to which they kept telling me that somebody would bring it up, this was over the course of hours, and nobody brought toilet paper so I had to go down and get it myself. And the beds were horrendous. Very uncomfortable and creaky. Every time I rolled over the entire bed creaked. I ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck. It was so uncomfortable. I typically love Embassy suites which is why I picked this hotel, but I would liken this one to a Motel 6. The staff were nice during my interactions and the breakfast was good.

Our AC in the room didn't work during 90+ weather. Staff pretty much ignored this issue, saying they would have someone come look at it. Refused to move us rooms saying it was an issue in the whole hotel (my in-law's room AC was fine.) Multiple other people also complain or checked out over their AC issue. Finally, on night three we demanded someone come look at it with us in the room. Maintenance immediately found a hole in a pipe once it was opened proving no one looked at it while we were out like they said. Maintenance said the room was unrentable and went to talk to the front desk finally getting us a new room for our final night! The whole inside of the AC looked like as if it was only held together with duct tape. When I would try calling the front desk the phone would just ring until it disconnected everytime. Some of the elevators were not working. Worst hotel I've stayed at. We had our three small kids with us, including an infant, who we had to have stay in my in-law's room because the room was unbearable.
