We had an amazing stay and honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We were in town celebrating our son’s birthday, and they went way above and beyond to make it special. Both of our boys received birthday cards signed by the entire staff — even the general manager — which completely blew us away. On top of that, they surprised them with snacks like popcorn, candy bars, and sodas. It truly put the cherry on top of an already great stay. The pool, the atmosphere, and especially the people made this trip unforgettable. My sons absolutely loved knowing that people they didn’t even know took the time to make them feel special. That kindness meant everything to us. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their guests.
